Property Information

Holder House, the Threefold Community dormitory, serves our resident full-time students and interns, as well as short-term students, visitors and guests. It is conveniently located at the center of the Threefold campus, just steps from Main House, Brookside, and Threefold Café, and directly across the street from the Pfeiffer Center's biodynamic garden.

Holder House has single and double rooms available. We look forward to welcoming you!

Property and Cancelation Policies :

Changes and Cancellations: Modifications to reservations may incur an administrative fee of $50 or more. You may cancel your reservation at any time by contacting Holder House; however, an administrative fee of 10% of your bill or $50 (whichever is less) will be charged up to 7 days prior to the arrival date. No refund will be given if a cancellation is received less than 7 days in advance of your arrival date.

Subletting of rooms is not permitted, and unauthorized guests will be asked to leave.

There are no refunds or credits for late arrivals, partial stays, or early checkouts.

Terms and Conditions

Please note our procedure: A 50% deposit is charged to your credit card when you place your room request. The balance will be charged seven days prior to arrival.

Minors are not permitted to stay in Holder House. No family housing is available at this time.

Wheelchair accessible rooms may be available in Holder House. Please inform us of your accessibility needs when you submit your reservation.

Cooking is not permitted in rooms. Guests are assigned access to a kitchen for light cooking.

Management or maintenance personnel may enter accommodations during reasonable hours to provide efficient service and maintenance.

Possession or consumption of alcohol or recreational drugs is not permitted in Holder House or Orchard House.

Pets are not permitted in Holder House or Orchard House.

Important note: Holder House and Orchard House are services provided for individuals registered in programs on the campus of Threefold Educational Foundation. We reserve the right to cancel (and fully refund) your reservation if you are not a participant in an on-campus program.
