Please consider your coverage carefully as Cedar Cove Resort & Cottages will only issue credit vouchers due to mandatory closure.  Cedar Cove Resort & Cottages will not issue rainchecks, refunds, or vouchers due to inclement weather, including Karenia Brevis all holidays are non cancelable.

QUITE HOURS
Please keep in mind that we are located in a residential neighborhood and The City of Holmes Beach has strict quiet hours from 10pm to 7am.  Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited.  For the enjoyment of all of our guests and neighbors, please be considerate of this.  We recommend visit Historic Bridge Street for a wide variety of bars, live music and nightlife. 

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

Deposits A deposit of 50% of the total is required to guarantee your reservation.  The remaining balance may be charged to the card on file anytime within the non-refundable cancelation window.

No-Show / Early Departure / Late Arrival

There will be no refunds issued for No-show, early departures or arrival after your reservation check-in date. Rate Type Specific Conditions are found under the Package Details tab while booking your reservation. 
  
 
Extra Guest Fee
The base rate includes two guests (adults and/or children) per bedroom.  An extra charge will apply for any additional overnight guest or day visitor.

For the comfort of all of our guests, unauthorized events and/or parties are strictly prohibited.  The use of the Cedar Cove Resort & Cottages facilities and amenities is strictly for registered guests and authorized registered visitors. Unauthorized events/parties may result in immediate expulsion from the hotel with no refund and/or a facility fee of $2,000 plus any possible damage and cleaning fees.

Credit Card: 
When making your reservation, we require a valid credit card to secure the room. If you would like to use an alternate form of payment (a different card or cash) you may do so on arrival.

Housekeeping: We respect your privacy and continue to exercise responsible social distancing procedures; therefore, we do not enter your room for daily housekeeping service.  We do provide daily linen exchange, upon request,  so that you never run out of fresh towels.  A weekly  mid-stay clean will be offered to stays of more than 7 days  at no charge and may be available upon request for shorter stays for an additional fee.  Please consult with the front desk if you would like to coordinate a mid-stay clean.

Parking: Parking on Anna Maria Island is extremely limited. Your room does come with one assigned parking spot and you will be given a parking pass. Please have this parking pass prominently displayed on your vehicle dashboard during your stay. Any vehicle without a parking pass will be towed at the owner’s expense.

If you are renting a golf cart from a third party it must be gas, as we do not have electric charging stations, and this will take up your one assigned parking spot. The third party company MUST stop in the office when they deliver to cart to be sure that it is parked in your reserved spot. If they do not they are at risk of having your Golf Cart Towed. Please consider this carefully before deciding to rent a golf cart, we do NOT have parking for both a vehicle and a golf cart for your room.

Accessibility:  Please keep in mind that Cedar Cove Resort & Cottages is a small beach-side hotel and we do NOT have elevators. While we will do everything that we can to make the stay of all guests as comfortable and convenient as possible, it is important to note that not all ADA regulations apply to properties such as ours.  Please call us if you have any specific needs so that we may address your concerns directly and help guide you in choosing the best accommodations for your particular needs.

Security: We place high priority on the security of guests' property. All valuables such as travel documents, credit cards and personal property are the full responsibility of the individual guest. Cedar Cove Resort & Cottages is not responsible for loss of any money or valuables while staying or visiting the resort. Management is not responsible for damage to the auto or loss of contents in the auto while parked.

Loss and/or Damage to Property: Management reserves the right to recover costs from any guest in the event of intentional damage to the property including but not limited to: Missing linens /Towels, damages, smoking fees, lost keys, disturbances affecting the quality of other guests stay, etc.

Pets are not permitted anywhere on the premises.  Only legally licensed service animals are allowed.  

Smoking: Cedar Cove Resort & Cottages is a non-smoking property, including e-cigarettes and vapes. This includes all common areas, and guestrooms. Please ask for a designated smoking area. Smoking in a designated nonsmoking area is subject to a $250 fine.  Please be considerate of those around you.

: Cedar Cove Resort & Cottages does not sell, rent or otherwise share your information with third parties. By booking with Cedar Cove Resort & Cottages you are agreeing to opt-in to communication via email, text messaging, and other electronic communication. You may opt-out of this any time in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR.  

COVID-19 NOTIFICATION:  You understand that there are a number of risks associated with entering on the Cedar Cove Resort & Cottages property, becoming a hotel guest and/or occupying a room at the hotel during the COVID-19 pandemic. You accept full responsibility for all such risks, known and unknown, relating to a stay at Cedar Cove Resort & Cottages and agree to release Cedar Cove Resort & Cottages and all its entities from any and all claims, liabilities, damages and expenses.  Furthermore, as of January 2021, Cedar Cove Resort & Cottages will no longer wave cancelation fees or otherwise alter the policies of existing reservations due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.  We STRONGLY implore all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect your investment.
