Rates and billing
The total amount of your stay will be charged upon completion of your reservation. The total of your payment will include the room rates, any add-ons, the lodging tax (3.5% of the room rates total) and the GST (5%) / QST (9.975%).
As per the law, the GST and the QST must be calculated on the total including the room rates total and the tax on lodging.
Any add-ons or optional services are excluded from the price on which the 3.5% tax is applied.
Cancellation policy
At the time of your reservation, the full payment of you stay will be charged, including the base rate, the tax on lodging and the GST and QST.
All add-ons (late check-out, robes, additionnal coffees, etc.) will be charged only a couple days prior to your arrival. on the same card used for the reservation.
It is possible to cancel or modify any reservation up to 30 days prior to the first night of your stay. A full refund, minus a 3,5% (before taxes) fee of all paid sums up to the point of cancellation, is possible in that situation.
No refund possible within 30 days of the date of arrival.
Terms and Conditions
General
· Guests are fully autonomous upon arrival. You will receive another email at 8AM, 2 days before your arrival, which will contain your one-time digital code to check in your lodge and other important information.

· By following through with your reservation and booking your stay, you confirm that you have read the terms and conditions of the link above and accept them. Those termes and conditions represent the legal rental contract between Panora and the holder of the reservation. Confirmation and payment of the reservation constitute acceptance of said terms and represent the signing of the rental contract
· You also consent to your email address being added to our newsletter mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Cleaning fees
Cleaning after stay is included in the rental, but a minimum is required from tenants. At the end of your stay, you are asked to:
· Do the dishes, put them away and leave nothing in the dishwasher. When you leave, the dishwasher must be empty.
· Leave nothing in the refrigerator.
· Empty garbage cans and recycling and leave them in the bins provided for this purpose.
Failure to follow these cleaning instructions will result in a $50 fee.
Other rules
· Failure to comply with the instructions relating to the spa, which will result in the obligation to drain and restart the spa following your stay, will be charged to you in the amount of $250.
· Non-smoking site and lodges.
· Animals prohibited on the site and in the lodges.
