We understand that at times you have no choice in cancelling a holiday.We require a minimum 14 days notice to entitle you to a full refund of your deposit.Cancellations of less than 14 days will receive a full refund subject to a replacement booking being found. If no replacement booking is found then we will hold your deposit in trust, to be used by you for a future reservation.We think that is fair, as no-one likes to lose their deposit, we hope you think so to. Please note that any cancellations due to Covid travel restrictions will be refunded in full.

Terms and Conditions

A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your reservation and the balance is due upon arrival.We will make every effort to ensure the cottage is available as booked. However we reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10.00 am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
