Our Cancellation Policies In case of cancellation or early departurewithin 48 hours, no refunds are provided. If your rate was without freecancellation, no matter when you cancel, or no-show, the charge will be thetotal price of the reservation. If you cancel before 48 hours of arrival wewill only charge you for one night. The stay is paidupon arrival without exception, or also within our booking engine. We acceptpayments by credit and debit cards. We also affect cash payments (dollar, euro,real) quoted at the exchange rate of the day. The Hostel prioritizes payment of the total stay prior toarrival. So, the reservation is NOT confirmed until there is a payment for atleast one of the nights.

Our terms and conditions

Our rates do not include VAT (21%). If you are Argentinian you must pay it on the check-in. If you are a foreigner, you are exempt from paying it. This option only works if you pay with a credit card issued abroad. Wewill need to validate your identity as a non-resident citizen with yourpassport. We remind you that this is an exclusive benefit for the cards, so if you pay in cash upon arrival you will have to pay this tax anyway.

Our check-in and check-out times: CHECK-IN 15 hours - CHECK-OUT 11 hours. Pets and people under 18 years of age are not accepted.We preserve the space from annoying sounds and propose a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere so that your stay with us is pleasant.
