Our modern, furnished apartments in the Holsterhausen district of Essen, which were freshly renovated in 2019, are divided into two categories and are suitable for one to four people.
The facilities:
Our apartments are fitted out to meet your every need. this includes free wifi, a flat-screen with usb port and balcony.
Our rooms and upholstery are cleaned using an air filter cleaning system so that we can guarantee you a dust mite-free mattress. Our apartments are therefore highly suitable for allergy sufferers.
You can also expect:
- Kitchen: a separate kitchen, fully equipped for entertaining one or more people. this of course includes a fridge, oven and hotplates, a kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. the premium apartments each have a fully equipped 10m² kitchen with its own eating area for four.
- Bathroom: the bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, towels and soap and all have a window. the high-quality showers (some of which are floor-level) ensure a good start to the day.
Bedroom:the bedroom has a comfortable bed that can be used either as a double bed or as two singles, with high-quality mattresses to ensure a restful sleep. Bedding is provided, of course, plus wardrobe space for clothing.
- Living room: each living area is provided with a television and a comfortable couch which can be pulled out into a bed for four. There is a table, of course, which can be used as a dining table as well as a work-space. the tasteful fittings are designed so that our tenants can relax in comfort after a tiring day.
LOCATION
Our apartments are located only ten minutes’ walk from Essen university hospital. furthermore, there are lots of shops only ten minutes’ walk away on Gemarkenstraße, as well as restaurants and places to eat. what’s more, the central location makes using public transport very convenient. Holsterhauser station is only 5 minutes away. By car you can reach Rüttenscheider Straße within 6 minutes. Situated among the main transport routes of the Ruhr, the A40, A3, A42 and the A52, our apartments are not only extremely central to Essen, but are also the ideal location from which to reach the other cities in the Ruhr quickly.
