Property and Cancelation Policies :
If you cancel a reservation for more than one night and/or more than one room with less than a week's notice, CopperLine Lodge reserves the right to charge you from 25% to 100% of the reservation charge.
Terms and Conditions
*Prices will stay the same except for days with heavily attended events. So far, that was only the Solar Eclipse.
*For reservations of less than $300, you can pay when you arrive at the Lodge. For reservations over $300, you are required to deposit 10%.
*Kids are no extra charge. Most rooms are for 2 adults, and we can supply Pak-N-Plays or inflatable beds at no extra charge for kids. Our inflatable beds have a second pump that keeps the bed inflated silently if you keep it plugged in.
*We plan to convert the Owner's Suite bathroom to be ADA compliant. The ground floor rooms are roll-in ready, but otherwise not ADA.
*We have lots of parking on site. Extra long vehicles with trailers/campers have the west side alley and several pull-through options.
*We often rent the entire Main Lodge (bedrooms and owner's suite) for larger groups, including the Gathering Room and the Gourmet Kitchen. In such cases, we don't offer breakfast to guests in the other units, and ask those guests to avoid the Main Lodge.
*If there is a dispute with a guest, we make every effort to resolve the situation fairly. We're pretty generous.
*We keep your private information private, 100%. No exceptions.
*The Lodge makes all reasonable effort to provide a safe, comfortable environment. And our rustic facility still requires responsible use. Please help us keep activities safe. Thinking about potential hazards, use of the propane grill and the fire pit and the fireplace, climbing the stairs, using the balcony, parking and driving on the property, even showering and cooking can all be situations where carelessness can lead to injury. We expect you will be cautious and considerate. (All of our guests seem to be this way!)
*You and the Lodge are relieved from performing our contractual obligations when certain circumstances beyond their control arise, making performance inadvisable, commercially impracticable, illegal, or impossible, like when snow closes the roads or someone is in the hospital.
