- 1 FREE complimentary parking is provided for each unit booked. 2nd car onwards has to park at the paid parking which is RM4.50/hr (~RM22.50/day)
- Additional security deposit of RM300 or equivalent of currency will be required. It is refundable during check-out process and amount will be based on the condition of the unit.
- Facilities like the pool and fitness center are available at an additional charge. Guests are required to pay at the facility. RM30/day for both pool & gym. RM20/day for either pool or gym only.
- Foreign tourists are subject to pay a Tourism Tax of MYR 10 per room per night effective from 01 January 2023
