Property and Cancelation Policies :
We are an intimate, hospitality-focused Inn. Last-minute cancellations greatly affect our ability to provide excellent guest services, so we appreciate your understanding as we adhere closely to our cancellation policy.
You have until 14 days prior to your arrival to cancel or move your reservation, and a $25 processing fee will apply per room. Please note: reducing the length of stay or arranging for early departure within 14 days of your arrival is considered a cancellation. (This cancellation policy does NOT pertain to group events, which are subject to the group event cancellation policy.)
- Cancellations made between 7-14 days before check-in receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the reservation arrival date, regardless of circumstance, are non-refundable and charged in full.Cancellations affect us significantly, and we thank you for understanding that we must hold firmly to the above.

Terms and Conditions
Reservations: The first night of your stay is charged as a deposit to confirm the room reservation. Your reservation will be guaranteed with a valid credit card, Venmo or cash.
Minimum stay requirements: Due to our environment and guest experience, a 2-night minimum is required at Mine + Farm. 3- or 4-night stays might be required on some holidays, or during special events. One-night stays will be considered on a case-by-case basis for return guests only, based on availability. Please email frontdesk@mineandfarm.com to inquire.
Gratuity and housekeeping fees: Our staff works incredibly hard to make sure your room, common areas, and outdoor spaces are dutifully cleaned for the time you are with us. To make leaving a gratuity easy and in a way that will meaningfully contribute to our staff’s ability to earn a living wage, a $15 housekeeping gratuity is included per room, per stay. 100% of this goes directly to our housekeeping staff. We're honored to have such wonderful guests, and appreciate your participation. Please let us know if you have any questions, or if would like for us to adjust the gratuity at checkout.
Community impact fee: As part of Kind Traveler’s Every Stay Gives Back Program, a nominal charge of $1 per night (shown in the final guest folio) will go to Charlie's Acres, a farm animal rescue sanctuary. 100% of all funds are donated to charity. Learn more here!
No-shows: Should you not arrive for your confirmed booking dates, we will first try to contact you by all methods provided to ensure your safety. Your reservation is guaranteed until 9:30 a.m. the morning after your check-in date. After that, the full reservation balance will be charged.
Unregistered guests or visitors: For the safety and wellbeing of all guests, only registered guests of Mine + Farm can enjoy the property and its facilities. Guests must ask permission in advance for a visitor to be on site for more than 15 minutes. As a registered guest, you are responsible for your visitor. They must be accompanied at all times, and must leave after 10:00 p.m. Visitors are not allowed to use the hot tub, Wi-Fi, or bring their pets. There is a $100 fee for any violations of the guest-visitor and/or pet visitor policies. If you, the registered guest, violate this policy: you may be asked to leave the property, and may be barred from future visits. If you are asked to leave for any of these reasons, there will be no refund given for the remainder of your stay. We appreciate you keeping Mine+Farm an enjoyable place to stay for our other guests by following these policies.
Personal Wine + Beer consumption: Any alcoholic beverages consumed onsite must be purchased from Mine + Farm. We also do not allow any storage of personal wine or beer in the guest kitchen fridge.
Smoking: Allowed outdoors only—including cannabis, candles, and incense. A fee of $300 will be charged for smoking within any indoor space on the property.
Dog policy: A maximum of two (2) dogs are allowed ONLY allowed in the Jenner, Cazadero, and Occidental Rooms. Dogs are not permitted on the beds or any other furniture, and must not be left unattended under any circumstances. Excessive cleaning and/or room damage fees may apply for any violations. Dogs must be a mature, well-trained, and a minimum of 18 months old. As much as we love them, we are unable to accommodate puppies. Out of respect to other guests, dogs that are chronic barkers or dogs that constantly bark when around new people are not allowed. A fee of $35 per dog applies for each night. If you do not inform us that you are bringing dog (s) prior to arrival, and we are still able to accommodate you, a fee of $50 per night per dog will apply. Visiting dogs require advance approval. Please note: The above dog policy will be strictly enforced. If you know that your dog(s) may be challenged by our policy, please avoid any issues by not bringing them to Mine + Farm. We do not allow any other types of pets.
Children: The Mine + Farm experience is designed to be more appropriate for adult use ages 21+. We strive to provide a relaxing space and stay, and many of our guests are here to escape the noise and chaos of their own children. However, children may be accommodated in select rooms based on availability and with approval from the managing partners of Mine + Farm. An additional charge of $50 per person, per night will apply regardless of the child's age. Please inquire at the time of booking.
Additional guests: A third person may be accommodated in our Monte Rio Room. All other rooms are a max occupancy of two adults. An additional charge of $50 per person- per night, regardless of age, applies when beyond that included in the base rate of two. Please inquire at the time of booking.
Excessive cleaning fee: If a room is left extremely dirty, a cleaning fee equivalent to one nights' stay will be charged. Room damage: If rooms are damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear during a stay, guests will be charged the amount it costs to replace damaged items, plus a $500 fee. This includes damage to all walls, fixtures and/or furnishings.
Lost key card fee: Guests will be charged $25 for any lost room key cards.
Parking: We allow one vehicle per room in the main parking lot. Any additional vehicles can be parked to the left of the three flags— please let a staff person know before doing so. Mine + Farm's parking area is narrow! We ask that all guests please use caution when coming and going, and we do not assume responsibility for damages incurred. Oversized vehicles, large trucks, RVs, or campers, and trailers of any kind are not allowed.
Caution and release of liability: Mine + Farm's gardens, pathways and other natural elements—including but not limited to a misstep in a gopher hole or encounters with domestic and wild animals on Mine + Farm's premises—can create certain inherent risks to human and animal life and property, up to and including death. Guests and his or her entire party, including dogs, must use ordinary care when walking near natural elements on the premises. Guests agree to assume the risks, and to release and hold Mine + Farm, LLC harmless from any and all claims and injuries to guests and guests’ real and personal property arising from or near aforementioned areas or other natural elements at the property, including those claims caused or alleged to be caused by a negligent act or omission by Mine + Farm, LLC.

Policy Enforcement: At the discretion of Mine + Farm, violation of any of these policies can be grounds for immediate eviction, forfeiture of lodging fees, and liability for damages, depending on the severity of the infraction.
