Nestled just a short walk from all camp amenities, our private A-frame cabins offer the perfect blend of comfort and off-grid adventure. Each 16’x22’ cabin is thoughtfully outfitted with a cozy queen bed, fresh linens, and space for two additional cots—accommodating up to four guests (ideally two adults and two children).Inside, you'll find solar-powered essentials including a fan, lights, and a phone-charging station (please note, not all devices can charge simultaneously). We also provide a lantern, a propane heater, and a smoke and carbon monoxide detector for your comfort and safety.Each cabin site includes:
  • A private fire ring, picnic table, and camp chairs
  • Access to shared, fully stocked outdoor kitchens
  • Communal fire pits, yard games, and additional on-site amenities

  • There is no running water at the cabin, but we provide drinking water and water for washing.

Upon booking, we will charge a 50% depoit + tax to your credit card.  Bookings will not be confirmed until your card has been charged and a Lazy Rooster confirmation has been sent. 

Cancellations made 15 days prior to arrival are refundable less a 5% cancellation fee. Please notify our team in writing at lrr-reservation@openpark.camp.
All reservations are non-refundable 14 days prior to your arrival. The credit card on file will be charged for the remaining balance and our team will send arrival instructions. If we are unable to charge the card, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and will refund less a 5% cancellation fee. Please contact our team if you have a special circumstance and we’ll do our best to accommodate. 

No smoking or fires inside the tents or cabins.

Pets: Pets are welcome on leash at the ranch - please be sure to note upon booking -  $20 per dog.  

Special events, commercial or professional filming and photography must be approved and will require a separate agreement.

No fishing or hunting on property unless authorized by owner.

Max occupancy is noted for each unit.

FIREARMS POLICY
Any guest or visitor who is in possession of a firearm on the property is personally
responsible for abiding by all applicable federal, state and local laws with respect to firearms.
Subject to the following restrictions, guests of The Lazy Rooster Ranch who are lawfully permitted to
possess a firearm may bring such firearm onto the property, provided that the presence of the
firearm on the property: is for storage purposes only; the firearm is and remains at all times
unloaded; the firearm is and remains secured in a locked, hard-sided firearm container,
provided by the guest, while transported to or from the guest room and while stored therein; and
the firearm remains securely safeguarded at all times in a locked guest room or locked personal
vehicle, except when transporting the firearm to or from a guest unit. Guests who fail to abide
by this policy may be asked to leave the hotel premises, without a refund. The Ranch
is private property, and our firearms policy applies to: (i) all firearms, regardless of whether the
firearm is a handgun or a long-barreled gun; and (ii) all guests and visitors, even those
possessing a valid license or permit to carry a firearm. The only exception to the restrictions
described in this firearms policy statement is for law enforcement officers and designated
military personnel, who are on-duty and required to carry firearms in the performance of their
duties.
