Late check-out (after 11:00 AM and before 1:00 PM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
***If you have moved a reservation over from the original dates to new dates because of COVID and need to cancel the reservation for a 2nd time, a refund will not be issued but a credit will be held in your name for a future stay that will expire one year from the original reservation dates. If COVID persists after that 1 year allowance, management will determine an extension to use said credit.
For all cancellations made in the required cancellation period (14 days/30 days or more prior to check in date), a refund of your deposit made will be returned to the credit card on file. Early departures are treated as cancellations and are subject to our cancellation policies. Departures before or after check in due to failure to comply with our policies (such as 3-night min. stay in Oct. and on Holidays) are also treated as cancellations.
Terms and Conditions
Children: Children 4 years and older are allowed to stay on property in both houses. Please call for specifics regarding our child policy.
Pet Policy: Please call us regarding exact details of our pet policy as we do have breed restrictions.
Parking: As we have a parking lot, we have limited spots. There is additional street parking on Oak Street behind the Inn.
Updated July 1st, 2020: Covid-19 reschedule policy : In the event a reservation was moved over to a new date to accommodate a rescheduled event, any deposit that was moved over becomes non-refundable if the reservation has to be cancelled after the change. A credit in the guest's name will be held on file for a future reservation up to one year of the original reservation dates. If Covid-19 persists passed the one year, it is in our discretion to approve an extension of up to two years from the original reservation dates.
HMH has the right to cancel any reservations at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In this event, a full refund of any deposit made will be given back to the guest.
Use of Personal Information: HMH does not use the guests personal information for any other reason but to reserve/book a room. We will not give or sell your information to any other 3rd party affiliate.
