Located just minutes from LIthia Springs Marina as well as Lake Shelbyville Dam and Shelbyville 9th Street Beach with easy access to Lithia Springs boat launch or 9th Street boat launch. We offer 6 rentals, 4 cabins and 2 vacation homes.
All of our rentals have a 2-night minimum except for holidays 3-night minimum and come stocked with all the basic amenities (linens, towels, dishes, cookware, silverware, microwave, refrigerator, stove, washer, and dryer). Each rental also has its own fire pit, picnic table, and charcoal grill.
Each cabin is 1 large open room containing 3 beds (2 queen and 1 twin size), a kitchen with table and chairs, dish tv, and a bathroom with a shower. Two of our cabins (#1, #2) are pet friendly.
House 2: Located by the 4 cabins, House 2 has 2 bedrooms with 5 beds total (2 queens, 1 full, and 2 twins). There is a living room, dining room, kitchen, and 1 1/2 baths.
House 1: About 1 1/2 miles north of the cabins, you’ll find the original Our Old House 1. This is our largest property and sits on about 5 acres. It is a 3 bedroom house with a total of 9 beds (1 queen, 2 full and 6 twins). There is a dining area, living room, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. This rental house has access to a fishing pond, a concrete basketball/play area, and an inground pool. There is a daily use fee for additional visiting guests joining you but not staying on property.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
Cancellations must be made 21 days in advance of arrival date to avoid being charged for complete reservations.
Cancellation fee is $40.00 per accommodation.
Deposit is refunded if cancellation is received 21 days prior to arrival (deposit less cancellation fee = refund).
Deposits will be refunded for cancellations received within less than 21 days before arrival date only if the reservations can be completely filled.
No refunds for early departure or late arrivals.
Terms and Conditions
One night deposit is required to hold a reservation. Balance is due upon arrival. Holiday weekends: 3 night minimum paid in full 21 days before arrival. We hold our guests responsible for every day of their reservation and if you arrive late or depart early we must charge for those days. Prices subject to change. Daily rates listed do not include 9% tax. Must be 21 or over to rent accommodations.
Limited pet-friendly accommodations - Cabin #1 and Cabin #2 only. Pets need to be crated when unattended. Certain restrictions apply.
All accommodations are non smoking (ashtrays are located outside). Lithia Resort accommodations and facilities are for registered guests only. Please check with office before inviting visitors. Limited occupancy in accommodations. Extra person fee $15.00 per day.
HOUSEKEEPING POLICY:
PETS: OUR OLD HOUSE AND CABIN RENTALS HAS LIMITED PET FRIENDLY CABINS - CABIN #1 AND CABIN #2 ONLY. PET NEEDS TO BE CRATED WHEN LEFT UNATTENDED. CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS DO APPLY.
All accommodations are NO SMOKING. Ashtrays are located outside. Violators will be charged a minimum of $250.00 per room and $500.00 per cabin/house plus loss of rental income. These are housekeeping accommodations. We do not do daily room/cabin/housecleaning. If you would like daily or as needed housecleaning you may request this for an added fee. All kitchens have the basic glasses, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, stove/oven and refrigerator/freezer. We provide dish soap, kitchen towels, coffee filters and toilet paper. Please bring your own paper towels. There will be a minimum $30.00 cleaning fee added to any kitchen left unclean. No rollaway beds. Bed linens and towels are furnished. (Cabins--5 sets of towels, House 2 -8 sets of towels, House 1 -12 sets of towels.) If you need more towels please bring them from home. Please bring your own towels for boating and beaches. We appreciate you reusing towels. You may use the washer and dryer located in each accommodation, however, you will need to bring laundry detergent. Picnic tables, charcoal grills, campfire rings (we do not furnish charcoal.) Wood is available for purchase. Bring a lawn chair if you would like. If you move anything please put it back. Electrical hook ups for boats.
Liability--Renter is responsible for any extra cleaning, damage to accommodation, contents or property. Expenses will be charged to credit card on file. Renter shall hold harmless Our Old House and Cabin Rentals against any liability for personal injury and/or loss of property while on the premises.
NO FIREWORKS ON PROPERTY NO PARKING ON GRASS

NO FISH CLEANING ON PROPERTY (fish cleaning stations located by boat ramps)
For House 1 guests only you may use the onsite pond for catch and release fishing.
For House 2 and Cabin 1, 2, 3 & 4 guests you may use the ponds located at Lithia Resort for catch and release fishing.
