1930’s for the local fishing community. Each room is uniquely furnished with authentic island vintage pieces, beautiful linens, handmade pottery and glassware. We provide a welcoming atmosphere and attentive service. Breakfast is included in our room rates, prepared fresh daily, and delivered

Conveniently situated on Spring Street, a 10 minute walk to the town of Old Harbor, ferries, shops, and restaurants. Off the beaten path. Continuing in our decades of conservation efforts, you will be helping to maintain a small footprint on the island while staying at The Sea Breeze. There are no radios, tv’s,
phones, wi-fi or air-conditioning in the rooms. No pets allowed. Children must be ages 5 and up.
