Property and Cancelation Policies :
There is a 72-hour cancellation policy prior to check in time (14:00). In case that the guest fails to inform L'Avventura Athens in writing of his intention to cancel a reservation within the limits of this policy, the Hotel will be allowed to charge the guest the amount that corresponds to the value of the guests' total stay amount. No verbal or telephone cancellations are accepted. In the event of a no-show without cancellation, L'Avventura Athens has the right to charge the guest’s credit card for the total amount of the stay. Cancellations that fall within this policy will be made at no cost for the guest. For group bookings, cancellations are accepted only when declared in writing at least 45 days prior to the arrival of the group. Otherwise if canceled later than that, the amount of the deposit will not be refunded.
Terms and Conditions
By making a reservation through this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use and all applicable local laws and regulations. These terms and conditions apply to contracts made between L'Avventura Athens guests and the L'Avventura Athens legal entity, namely P & M TOURISTIKI-EPENDYTIKI IKE, legally registered in Athens (VAT: EL 801067347), regarding the provision of accommodation services as well as all other services provided by contractual partners.
Age and responsibility
You confirm that you are of sufficient legal age to use this website and to create binding legal and financial obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this website. You also confirm that you are the legal owner of the credit card used to make a reservation or you are authorized by the legal owner to use his credit card to make a reservation through this web site.
Reservations
A pre authorisation of the full amount will be processed at any time before the guests' arrival date for every reservation made through this website. If the reservation is cancelled before the 72-hour free cancellation window, the amount will be released. The stay is payable in full upon arrival at the front desk of L'Avventura Athens. For guarantee reasons, in case the transaction does not go through, L'Avventura Athens has the right to cancel the reservation after notifying the guest in writing. For group bookings (5+ rooms), different deposit policies apply which depend on the size of the group, the days of stay and the season of the booking. In any case, the minimum required deposit for groups is 30% of the total value of the reservation. Please use our Contact form to send us the details of your group accommodation. Prices in this website include the legal VAT and all other taxes. Although L'Avventura Athens is committed in providing its guests with the best possible services, specific bed or room allocation cannot be guaranteed. The staff will do its best to accommodate any specific needs, but we keep the right to allocate beds or rooms to our guests, according to availability criteria. The guest understands that there is always a small possibility, especially during high season, to have double bookings mainly due to technical reasons related to the synchronization of our booking channels. In such cases L'Avventura Athens will contact the guest immediately after the acknowledgement of such double booking and will try to offer either an alternative room in L'Avventura or at an alternative hotel of equivalent level, at no additional cost for the guest.

Data Protection
Safeguarding your privacy has absolute priority for us. It is our endeavor to guarantee you a maximum of data protection and security. The personal data gathered in the course of making a booking (such as your name, e-mail address, etc.) will be stored by L'Avventura Athens and used for the correct processing of your reservation, booking and stay in our hotel as well as for internal customer survey, advertising and statistical purposes. Your e-mail address and your personal data are treated confidentially and are not passed on to third parties.
Your credit card details are not stored. At the end of the booking procedure, they are transmitted in encrypted form directly to the credit card companies and validated.
