Welcome to Grand Canyon RV Glamping!
We provide a unique travel experience that combines camping and comfort in a luxurious RV suite, with all the amenities you’d expect in a high-end hotel. You can enjoy a rustic atmosphere, while sleeping in a comfortable bed and cooking in a full-sized kitchen.
We are located in the town of Williams, Arizona. The "Gateway to the Grand Canyon." We are a mile away from downtown William's, the Railroad to the Grand Canyon, and lots of fun family-friendly activities. Heading to the Grand Canyon - we are only a 54-mile drive to the Grand Canyon.

Grand Canyon RV Glamping is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes. Reservations must be cancelled 4 days prior to your arrival date, in order to avoid a charge. If reservations are cancelled less than 4 days before the arrival date, your credit card will be charged the full room charge plus taxes & cleaning fees (TOTAL RESERVATION AMOUNT). If you cancel any reservation, you must obtain and save the cancellation number for your records. Without a valid cancellation number, we are unable to cancel/refund the reservation. Cancellations must be made by phone to our reservation department at 928.635.2718.

CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS: Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in at Grand Canyon RV Glamping. In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, guests are required to confirm their identity by providing their valid government issued photo identification (State drivers license, passport, etc.) at check-in. A valid, signed, and pre-approved credit card in the name of the guest registration is also required.
GUEST REGISTRATION: We require valid contact information from the guest making the reservations including first and last name, address, phone number, and signature. No unregistered guests are allowed (in unit, on property, outside unit). Information regarding your license plate/car description is also gathered at check-in for security.
CHECK-OUT TIME: Room rental period expires at 11:00 a.m. Additional day charge, plus tax may apply for late checkout.
CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE: Check-out time is 11 a.m. Please check-out with the Front Desk or place in the black key box outside of the main office so that housekeeping may begin cleaning upon your departure. If you require a later check-out, please contact the Front Desk prior to the day of your departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply for late check-out.
EARLY DEPARTURE: Once a reservation begins, the reservation is non-refundable at all times. Early departure will not result in a refund and/or comped nights.
SPECIAL REQUESTS: We will make every effort to honor special requests. All special requests are noted on reservations and we will do our best to accommodate. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance.
PAYMENT: All reservations and registration must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover Card. Pursuant to credit card agreements, credit cards are not valid unless signed by the cardholder. Credit cards must be signed. Cash (USD) payment is welcomed with a signed and pre-authorized credit card. All guests are required to present a valid major credit card and government issued photo identification even if guests are planning on paying in cash upon check-out. Checks and foreign currency not accepted.
CHECKS AND CHECK CASHING: We do not accept checks. We do not provide check cashing services.
RATES: All rates are quoted in United States currency, plus tax. Rates may increase without notice. Rates as advertised on the Grand Canyon RV Glamping website or any other website or promotional material are subject to change at any time and may increase or decrease at the hotels discretion.
QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. If you become aware of a disruptive guest, please contact the Front Desk staff immediately by room phone or in person. Televisions, voices, or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times. Doors should be opened and closed quietly. Fires should be out or going out by 10:00 PM daily. Quiet There will be a $350.00 fine for any noise complaints or excessive noise/partying after 10:00 PM. This is strictly enforced by staff & owners.
VISITORS: No visitors. Due to our new policy, we are no longer accepting visitors. Guests only allowed onsite.

NO SHOW CHARGES: Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date for a reservation guaranteed with a credit card will result in a No-Show fee being charged to your credit card on file. Your credit card will be charged the full room charge plus taxes, fees. (TOTAL RESERVATION AMOUNT)
GROUP RESERVATIONS: All members of the group must have a valid credit card on file. All members of the group must be specified upon arrival (names of guests booking the individual units.)
SMOKING POLICY: Grand Canyon RV Glamping & Canyon Gateway RV Park is a smoke-free park at all times. For safety and to assure that our facility is not exposed to items or actions that create an odor which is unhealthy and objectionable to our guests and staff, and that is difficult to remove from the air, carpet, walls, and furniture we do not permit smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing the liquid of nicotine, hookahs, incense, cooking, cigars, candle burning, the use or diffusing of patchouli oil or other strong-smelling plant-based essential oils or synthetic products in our facility. All of our Glamping Suites are non-smoking units. Any kind of smoking (Cigarettes/E-Cigarettes) is PROHIBITED near the suites or other suites at any time. Cigarette/E-Cigarette smoking is only allowed in our one designated smoking area behind the main office only. Please head there if you need a smoke break. Marijuana or drug use is NOT allowed at any time on property. A $350.00 charge will be added to your invoice if there are signs of smoking in the unit, near the unit, or on property (not in designated smoking areas). This also will be charged for cigarette buds on the ground by your unit.
DOG POLICY: Fees for dogs are $20.00 per day, per dog (+TAX). Maximum two dogs per unit. Service animals are exempt from fees. Please note that you will be charged up to $350.00 for an extra dog cleaning fee for any damage caused by the dog(s) (feces, urine, vomit, ripped couches/beds, scratched flooring, & any excessive damage). All dog owners must sign a dog waiver upon arrival. Dogs must be leashed at all times & please pick up after your dog(s) during your stay. Cats and other animals (besides dogs) are not permitted on property (no exceptions).
