We provide a unique travel experience that combines camping and comfort in a luxurious RV suite, with all the amenities you’d expect in a high-end hotel. You can enjoy a rustic atmosphere, while sleeping in a comfortable bed and cooking in a full-sized kitchen.
We are located in the town of Williams, Arizona. The "Gateway to the Grand Canyon." We are a mile away from downtown William's, the Railroad to the Grand Canyon, and lots of fun family-friendly activities. Heading to the Grand Canyon - we are only a 54-mile drive to the Grand Canyon.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
Grand Canyon RV Glamping is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes. Reservations must be cancelled 4 days prior to your arrival date, in order to avoid a charge. If reservations are cancelled less than 4 days before the arrival date, your credit card will be charged the full room charge plus taxes & cleaning fees (TOTAL RESERVATION AMOUNT). If you cancel any reservation, you must obtain and save the cancellation number for your records. Without a valid cancellation number, we are unable to cancel/refund the reservation. Cancellations must be made by phone to our reservation department at 928.635.2718. Your $1.00 deposit per day is nonrefundable.
Terms and Conditions
Grand Canyon RV Glamping Terms & Conditions:
RESERVATION CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT INFORMATION:*Guest check-in from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM (MST-Arizona), seven days a week.
*Present your credit card and driver’s license to verify your identity and complete the check-in process. Please note that the reservation holder’s ID must match the guest who is checking in.
*Payments for any extra fees (for dogs, extra guests, firewood, s'mores) can be made upon arrival or through pay by link.
*Information regarding your license plate/car description is also gathered at check-in for security.
*After 10 PM, we will set up guests with a self check-in lock box option.
*Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
*Check-out with the Front Desk or place it in the black key box outside of the main office so that housekeeping may begin cleaning upon your departure.
*We are not responsible for third party reservations.
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
*All reservations and registration must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card.
*We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover Card. Pursuant to credit card agreements, credit cards are not valid unless signed by the cardholder.
*Credit cards must be signed.
*Cash (USD) payment is welcomed with a signed and pre-authorized credit card. All guests are required to present a valid major credit card and government issued photo identification even if guests are planning on paying in cash upon check-out.
*Checks and foreign currency not accepted.GRAND CANYON RV GLAMPING RATES:
*All rates are quoted in United States currency, plus tax.
*Rates may increase without notice.
*Rates as advertised on the Grand Canyon RV Glamping website or any other website or promotional material are subject to change at any time and may increase or decrease at the hotels discretion.

*Grand Canyon RV Glamping & Canyon Gateway RV Park is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes.

*Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date for a reservation guaranteed with a credit card will result in a No-Show fee being charged to your credit card on file. Your credit card will be charged the full room charge plus taxes, fees (TOTAL RESERVATION AMOUNT).
EARLY DEPARTURE:
*Once a reservation begins, the reservation is non-refundable at all times. Early departure will not result in a refund and/or comped nights.
SPECIAL REQUESTS:
*We will make every effort to honor special requests.
*All special requests are noted on reservations and we will do our best to accommodate. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance.
GROUP RESERVATIONS:
*All members of the group must have a valid credit card on file. All members of the group must be specified upon arrival. We will require names of guests booking each individual unit.
PARKING INFORMATION:
*One parking space is available per glamping suite.
*If you have additional vehicles, please park them in our designated extra parking area.
QUIET HOURS:
*10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily.
*There will be a minimum $350.00 fine for any noise complaints after 10:00 PM.
VISITOR POLICY:
*Visitors are not allowed on property. Paying guests are only allowed onsite.
SMOKING POLICY:
*Smoking or vaping of any substance is strictly prohibited throughout the park. We are smoke-free park.
*Please make use of the designated smoking area near the main office only.
*A minimum $350 fine or more will be imposed for smoking near or inside the units. If there is evidence of smoking in the units, guests will be asked to depart early without refund.
DOG POLICY:
*Fees for dogs are $20.00 per day, per dog (+tax).
*Service dogs are exempt from fees but must sign a waiver. Service animals are not to be left alone at any time.
*There is a maximum of two dogs per unit.
*Guests may be charged up to $350.00 for an extra dog cleaning fee for damage caused by the dog (feces, urine, vomit, ripped couches/beds, scratched flooring, & any excessive damage).
*All dog owners must sign a dog waiver and pay fees upon arrival at our main office or online through our portal link.
*Cats and other animals are not permitted on property.
BARBECUE & CAMPFIRE POLICY:
*Guests must purchase firewood onsite at our main office. We do not allow outside firewood to be used for fires at this time. Fines will be given to guests using outside firewood.
*All fires must be put out by 10 PM daily.
*Other fire restrictions may apply depending on the time of year.
*Guest's fire pit will be removed if you can not abide by these safety rules.
AWNING POLICY:
*Grand Canyon RV Glamping requires that you have our office staff or an employee open the awning for you. The awning may not be used during inclement weather or after 8:00 PM. We do not have an awning for every unit, so please make sure you have one before requesting one be opened.
HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING:
*Each unit has heating and air conditioning. These are all season units
PERSONAL ITEMS AND BELONGINGS:
*Grand Canyon RV Glamping is not responsible for any personal items.
EXCESSIVE CLEANING:
*Please leave your unit in the condition you found it in. Any excessive cleaning will incur an extra minimum cleaning fee of $50.00. (subject to change)
*If there is an issue, you must report to office staff prior to your departure.Thank you for booking with us.
