Cancellation Policy
1. 24-Hour Free Cancellation:
• All reservations can be canceled free of charge within the first 24 hours of booking, as long as the arrival date is not within the next 7 nights.
2. Non-Refundable First Night:
• If the cancellation is made after the initial 24-hour window, the cost of the first night will be non-refundable.
3. Cancellation 60 Days Prior to Arrival:
• If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date, any amount paid will be refunded, except for the first night, which is non-refundable.
• Cancellations made within 60 days of the arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.
Holiday restriction
No refundable policy on Holday reservations with arrival during eastern week. Christmas week and New Years week.
Note:
• No exceptions will be made to this policy for changes in itinerary, weather, or other external circumstances.
• We recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection against unforeseen events.
Terms and Conditions
Casa Bonita & Villas Rules and PoliciesAccess to Property- Registered Guests Only: Access to Casa Bonita and Villas, including grounds and facilities, is exclusively for registered guests to ensure privacy and security.
- Visitor Policy: Visitors are permitted only with prior notification to the management. Visitors must check in with Administration upon arrival and depart by 10:00 PM. A daily pass is available at $50 USD per visitor.
Children at the Property- Supervision of Children: Guests are responsible for supervising children under 16 years of age at all times during their stay at Casa Bonita and Villas.
Pool and Recreational Areas- Access and Responsibility: All guests have access to the pool, beach, and dock. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by improper use of facilities.
- Safety Rules:
- No running on the pool deck.
- No skateboards or rollerblades.
- No jumping or diving into the pool.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area.
- No glassware near the pool.
- Intoxicated guests are prohibited from using the pool.
- Management reserves the right to restrict pool use at its discretion.
Smoking Policy- Designated Smoking Areas: Smoking is permitted in open areas like balconies, beach, and pool area. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Drug use is strictly prohibited on the property.
Music and Noise- Volume Restrictions: Music volume should be lowered by 11:30 PM. Guests are asked to keep their voices down in common corridors and condos between 11 PM and 7 AM.
Electrical Installations- Prohibited Alterations: Unauthorized alterations to electrical installations for foreign devices are not allowed. A damage fee of up to $1,500 USD may apply for electrical failures due to misuse.
Damage Policy- Responsibility for Damages: Guests are responsible for any property damage. Charges for damages, including linens and towels, will be assessed:
- Bath Towel: $40 USD
- Shower Mat: $25 USD
- Kitchen Towel: $20 USD
- Bed Sheet: $60 USD
- Pillowcase: $20 USD
Missing Items Charges- Hand Towel: $25 USD
- Pillow: $40 USD
- Beach Towel: $60 USD
- Dish Cloth: $15 USD
Security- Casa Bonita & Villas is not responsible for lost items. Safes are provided in each condo.
- Lost Key Fee: A $20 USD fee applies for lost key replacements.
- Prohibited Items: Fireworks and firearms are strictly banned. Violation may result in immediate eviction.
- Camping: Not permitted on the property.
Housekeeping Service- Standard service includes full maid service twice weekly. Daily service is limited to trash pickup and towel changes. Additional services are available for a fee.
Occupancy Limits and Extra Guest Fees- Casa Bonita:
- Standard Occupancy: 12 persons.
- Extra Guests: Up to 2 additional guests allowed with a fee of $40 USD per guest per night.
- Penthouse (Four-Bedroom Condo):
- Standard Occupancy: 8 persons.
- Extra Guests: Up to 2 additional guests allowed with a fee of $40 USD per guest per night.
- Three-Bedroom Condo:
- Standard Occupancy: 6 persons.
- Extra Guest: 1 additional guest allowed with a fee of $40 USD per night.
- Two-Bedroom Condo:
- Standard Occupancy: 4 persons.
- Extra Guest: 1 additional guest allowed with a fee of $40 USD per night.
- One-Bedroom Suite:
- Standard Occupancy: 2 persons.
- Children Policy: Accommodation for one child under the age of 8 is permitted without additional fees.
Each additional guest beyond the standard occupancy must be registered with the administration and is subject to the extra guest fee. This fee ensures access to all property amenities and services. Cribs for infants are available upon request and are not included in the occupancy count or extra guest fee.
