Ballard’s is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel room and the porch. A $150 fee will be charged to any room where guests have smoked with disregard for our policy.
Terms and Conditions
A two night stay is required on Friday and Saturday with a three night stay required on the Holiday Weekends. Rhode Island Holiday Weekends are Memorial Day, 4th of July, Victory Day, Labor Day and Columbus Day. Full payment is required at time of booking. Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express are all accepted. Guests checking in must be at least 21 years of age. Please note that the restaurant might not be open even when the hotel is. Please note that rates are subject to change.
