Property and Cancelation Policies :
- All reservations have a 48-hour cancellation policy unless otherwise noted. To cancel or alter an existing reservation, please contact us directly at stay@lodgesonvashon.com. You will receive a response with a confirmation to let you know your reservation has been successfully canceled/altered. If you can't make your reservation work within that 48-hour window but would like to reschedule, we will take the payment and move your reservation to another date within the calendar year. If you do not know when you can reschedule, a Gift Certificate will be made for you to use within the calendar year. If it is not used within the calendar year, it will expire.
Terms and Conditions
POLICIES
- CHECK-IN: 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival, you will receive an email with the key code for your Lodge. The code to enter the Public House and Public House bathrooms and Gym will be the same as your Lodge code. Simply show up at 4 pm or later, and you can enter your Lodge.
- CHECK OUT: Simply vacate the unit by 11 am on the day of check out. A checkout code is provided with your access codes. Simply enter that code, alerting us your room is vacant and ready for cleaning.
- Note COVID Cleaning/Sterilization protocols DO NOT allow time for early/late check-in/out if someone is moving into or has occupied the same lodge that day. Guest safety is our priority. You can always call the same day to check the status of your lodge. 206-641-4717
- Make Sure to select the Pet fee when making your reservation. Please give us as much advance notice as possible to accommodate. NOTE* Subject to availability: Only 9 of our 16 lodges are pet friendly. Please keep your pets off the beds. Trundle beds in the suites are not to be used as pet beds. It's $55 per animal for up to 3 nights and $75 per animal for 4 nights and over. Pet supplies are not yours to keep, and there will be a charge if you take items home. Failure to notify us of your pet will incur a $50 cleaning fee.
NO SMOKING on the entire property. There is a $350 cleaning fee / fine if you are seen by surveillance smoking on the property or leave evidence in the rooms or public areas.

FRONT DESK
- The Lodges on Vashon operates without full-time staff on the property. The remote Front Desk will take care of all your reservation details. You can email stay@lodgesonvashon.com with any questions about your upcoming stay.
- Email us at stay@lodgesonvashon.com to change, cancel a reservation, or update payment information. On-site guest message hotline: 206-641-4717 - for onsite questions or concerns, please call our guest hotline.

- The general terms and conditions herein together with the Privacy Policy, Bookings & Cancellations Policy, Fee Schedule & Hotel Schedule and Add-Ons available on Lodges on Vashon’s (L.O.V.) Website (collectively, as may be varied, amended, and/or supplemented from time to time, these "Terms and Conditions") and the booking confirmation issued by L.O.V. confirming your booking ("Booking Confirmation") shall constitute a legally binding contract between you and L.O.V. and shall be further supplemented by the internal rules and regulations that apply specifically to the reservation you have booked.
