- If you wish to cancel your booking made through our website, please cancel in writing by emailing: reception@sowandpigletsguesthouse.com.au. For bookings made through a booking site, contact the company you originally booked with.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- No shows will be treated as undeclared cancellations, with a 100% cancellation fee applying. If your booking spans multiple days, the guesthouse reserves the right to cancel the remainder of your stay without any refund.
Terms and Conditions
- Surcharges apply to Credit and Debit card payments (not displayed on your confirmation email). We apologize for any inconvenience, as these charges are collected by the merchant and not for profit.
- Reception is open every day from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the summer season and 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM the winter season.
- Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Summer season . 4.00pm -8pm Winter season . For late check-in, please text or email the guesthouse directly for instructions.
- Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Strictly no late check-outs. A full one-night fee will be charged for late check-outs.
- A key card will be issued upon check-in. Failure to return the key card will result in a $20 fee.
- All children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times across the premises. Children are not allowed in the dormitories unless these are booked on an exclusive basis, meaning no third party is present.
- We adhere to strict health and safety policies and our rooms are designed to accommodate the advertised number of guests. Additional persons not part of the original booking, whether adult or child, will not be accommodated and will be asked to leave.
- All guests are requested to keep rooms and communal areas tidy and clean. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the rooms require a deep clean upon check-out. Any damages will be charged to guests accordingly.
- Sow and Piglets Guesthouse is a quiet guesthouse, prioritizing the comfort and safety of our guests. A 10:00 PM noise curfew applies throughout the property. Guests compromising this policy will be asked to leave without a refund.
- Sow and Piglets Guesthouse and Brewpub is a licensed venue with its own brewery and bar. No outside alcohol is allowed on the premises without management approval.
