Reservation Policy
Your reservation is guaranteed until the arrival date. After that date, it will no longer be guaranteed, and the room may be reallocated. The deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. Ananda Kalyani reserves the right to cancel your reservation if the deposit is not received. We will send a cancellation confirmation by email immediately after it is made.
Presentation of identification is mandatory at check-in, and identity information must be provided at the time of booking. All reservations must include the full name of all adults occupying the room, as well as the details of a valid credit card for guarantee purposes.
Our rates are always the most competitive and are subject to change.
Please note that all our rooms are shared dormitories. We do not have individual or private rooms, except for 10 people.
Check-in / Check-out / Operating Hours
Check-in at 16:00
You can check-in from 4:00 PM (local time) until 9:00 PM. In case of delays, please inform us in advance to check the possibility. You will be greeted by a staff member at reception.
Check-out by 11:00
You can check-out anytime until 11:00 AM (local time). Late check-out may be possible subject to availability and our occupancy.
The total balance must be paid upon arrival if not already done so, at the time of check-in. Please note that check-in cannot be done without full payment and deposit.
During the check-in process, you will receive all necessary information for your stay. The reception can clarify any doubts to make your stay more comfortable.
Remember, bringing non-Sattvik foods (such as garlic, onion, and non-vegetarian diet), as well as drugs and alcohol in any form, is not permitted.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas and spaces within the Ananda Kalyani property. You will be required to sign a document consenting to a €400 fine if ANY evidence of smoking is found in the rooms or common areas of the building, such as windows, stairs, common outdoor areas, or the reception entrance. We adhere to all local health and safety guidelines and recommendations related to smoking in public spaces.
Important: Immediate termination of the rental agreement may occur if:
There are more guests on the property than agreed upon;
Excessive noise occurs during the night;
The rental property is sublet (or if it is given to other individuals). The number of people staying in the property must be the same as confirmed in the reservation. Accommodation for additional guests may be requested.
A minimum fee of €50 per additional guest per night will be charged. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation, without reimbursement, if there is a number of people not confirmed previously.
Ananda Kalyani property does not allow animals inside or outside the buildings. A fine of €500 will be applied if any animals are hosted.
We ask all guests to respect the property and the privacy of other guests and to avoid excessive noise, turning on lights, or using any equipment, including mobile phones, between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. You can sing and talk as much as you want all day long; however, from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, the property will enter silent mode for what we call the sleep time.
We are not responsible for lost or forgotten personal items on the premises.
Damages
During your stay, the apartment and all equipment and furniture must be treated with care and kept in order. Immediately notify our staff of any damage to the building.
The tenant is financially responsible for any damage that may occur during their use. This includes losses caused by the tenant or negligent actions of third parties. A quick inspection will be carried out at check-out. However, a more detailed inspection will be carried out to check the condition of all equipment after check-out and before the arrival of another guest. The tenant is responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. In this case, a damage statement will be immediately sent to the guest, by email or fax, along with a receipt of the repair or replacement cost.
All costs will be deducted from the security deposit immediately if possible. If the cost exceeds the deposit amount or if it has been returned, the amount will be requested from the guest. Please inform us immediately after check-in about any damage.
Ananda Kalyani will take all necessary actions to resolve issues and ensure that equipment and facilities are functioning properly.
Room Policies
Any pre-existing damages or issues in the room must be reported to reception immediately after check-in to avoid liability and possible charges. The property allows guests, with permission, to receive parcels and deliveries on-site. We are not responsible for parcels and their contents, nor for their storage.
Kitchen Policy
Cook safely and do not leave the stove unattended. We ask that you refrain from using ingredients with strong odors. Strong odors that require the kitchen to be closed and disinfected will result in a cleaning fee of up to €100. Please respect the rules for using the shared refrigerator, which will be posted on the refrigerator door.
Parking Policy
Please be mindful when using the parking lot and park your vehicle in a way that minimizes space and does not obstruct other cars or their movement.
Alcohol Policy
We do not allow any alcoholic beverages to be brought onto the property.
Room Cleaning Policy
Room cleaning is not offered during the stay. If you need bed linen, please contact reception.
Guest Safety Policy
As part of our commitment to guest safety, our staff do not disclose a guest's identity, room number, or presence to anyone unless requested by local authorities. This includes receiving and delivering messages or indirectly forwarding phone calls. The guest is responsible for informing their presence and room number to people with whom they wish to make phone calls or receive visits.
