Terms and Conditions
1 - I agree to pay $200.00 fee if anyone in my party smokes in a non-smoking room.
2 - I agree to pay $200.00 fee for having an undeclared pet in my room.
3 - If there are any missing linens or damages to my room or linens at check-out, I agree to pay the assessed amount of money to the motel to compensate for damages.
4 - I understand that Patriot Stay Motel is under Inn Keepers Law and reserves the right to remove me from my room no matter the length of my stay.
5 - I understand and agree that quiet time on Patriot Stay Motel premises is between the hours of 10pm-8am. Failure to comply with these hours, after a kind reminder, will result in a $50.00 fine.
6 - I understand and agree that the presence of dogs, smoking, and drinking are prohibited in the playground. Failure to comply will result in a $50.00 fine
7 - I understand and agree to stay in front of my own door, in courtesy of the other guests.
8 - I understand and agree that all inside furniture must stay inside. Failure to comply will result in a $50.00 fine.
9 - I understand and agree that ALL smoking and drinking must take place in the Designated Area. Failure to comply will result in a $50.00 fine.
