ALL STUDIOS AND APARTMENTS ARE NON SMOKING AND HAVE A TERRACE AND OUTSIDE BALCONY FOR SMOKING. GUESTS WHO SMOKE OR ALLOW OTHERS TO SMOKE IN THE COMMON AREAS OR INSIDE THE ROOM WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR CLEANING.

FULL PAYMENT IS REUIRED ON ARRIVAL FOR TOTAL NIGHTS BOOKED.
Incidentals such as food and drink are required to paid every six days or on day of departure if stay is shorter.
CHECK-IN TIME IS 2PM AND CHECK-0UT IS 12 NOON.
