Terrace Perth Hotel Best Rate The Terrace Hotel Best Rate bookings offering a discount for pre-payment are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable and no modifications to dates for these bookings will be accepted.
Cancellation Policy Unless otherwise stated in the rate description (as above) the hotel has a 24 hour prior to arrival cancellation policy. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the arrival date check in time will incur a fee for the first night.  Flexible Bookings cancellation can be made up to 23.59 24 hours prior to arrival. a valid credit card is required at time of booking and valid for pre-authority once the cancellation period has expired. The room can be subject to cancellation without advice if a valid card is not provided.
Hotel Smoking Policy The Terrace Hotel is a strictly non-smoking hotel. All guest rooms, balconies and public areas are non- smoking. A $200 special cleaning fee will be levied in instances where this policy is not adhered to. 
Lithium Batteries. No lithium batteries are to be charged in rooms except in equipment agreed to by management in writing.
Missing Items. Any items removed from the room will be charged to your credit card or deducted from your bond.
Bond Deposit Policy Please note that a $150 Pre-authorisation bond is required upon check-in, as well as photo-identification. The security deposit is refundable upon departure providing there is no outstanding amount owed. After settlement of your bill, the bond should be returned to your account between 1-7 working days, depending on your credit card and individual bank
18 Years of age is minimum age for check in.
Pet Policy Pets are not allowed in our guest rooms and hotel public areas, with the exception of registered service animals. Non-compliance will result in a $200.
Liabilities: The hotel is not responsible for any loss of money, jewellery or valuables left in room.
