- Non-refundable policy: This policy requires a non-refundable one-night deposit due at time of booking, remaining balance is due three days prior to arrival. Which then also becomes non-refundable.
- Flexible 72hr policy: This policy does not require a down-payment on the reservation until three days prior to arrival, the whole amount is due and non-refundable. This flexible policy is 15% more expensive than our non-refundable option.

Check In/Check Out
Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m. on the date of arrival. Check out is at 11:00 a.m. on the date of departure. Failure to vacate on time may result in additional charges at the discretion of hotel management. You are welcome to self check in anytime after 3pm by completing your digital registration form which will be texted to you on your morning of arrival. Incidental Fee
Malibu Resort Motel requires a $150 refundable security deposit at time of check in. This needs to be paid on a Debit or Credit card.
Parking
We allow one car per reservation and do not have enough space for trailer parking.
Pet Policy
Malibu Resort Motel welcomes well-socialized, well-trained dogs at the rate of $25+tax / night. If you are staying multiple nights we will do our best to discount the fee for you. Dogs must be leashed at all times, cannot be left alone in the room and the pool area is off limits.
Age Limitations
A government issued photo ID is required for check-in. At least one guest in every room must be 18 years of age or older.
Smoking Policy
