Property and Cancelation Policies :
Cancellation charges:
(i) Low & Standard -loss of deposit for more than 30 days prior to arrival; 100% within 30 days of arrival;
(ii) Peak - loss of deposit more than 60 days prior to arrival; 100% within 60 days of arrival.
(iii) Full House or bookings over 3 rooms loss of deposit more than 90 days prior to arrival & 100% within 90 days of arrival
(iv) Full Payment as indicated in invoice required (all bank charges to be borne by Payer)
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
Terms and Conditions
Payment terms:
(i) Low & Standard - 30% deposit at the time of booking and balance due 30 days prior to arrival
(ii) Peak – 30% deposit at the time of booking and balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
(iii) Full House or booking of 3 rooms or more - 50% at the time of booking & balance 90 days prior to arrival
