Reservations may be extended with no fee. Reservation changes resulting in a room night reduction are treated as a cancellation and are subject to standard cancellation policies for the nights reduced. Moving a reservation and changing dates is treated as a cancellation and rebook.Nights not spent due to late arrival or early departure are not refunded. No-show reservations will be held until check-out time the following day. If no guest communication or check-in occurs on the second day, all days will be canceled and payment in full retained.

Extra Person Charges
Rates are based on double occupancy for one-bedroom units and quad occupancy for two-bedroom units. Extra person fees (not to exceed maximum unit occupancy) of $25 per person, per day, apply for individuals 12 years of age and older.
