- "Long Stay Discount" rate: You may cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Payment
For EU-citizens, cash payments are limited to € 999. Such limitation does not apply to non-EU citizens. We also accept Eurocheque (D), Visa, and MasterCard credit cards.
Rates
Rates are per apartment independently of the number of guest for a standard occupancy (no use of the sofa beds). Extra guests, up the max occupancy specified per apartment, shall be communicated so to be confirmed by the residence in advance. For each extra guest older than 4 years old we require 25€ per day. Children till 4 years old can use the sofa beds, a baby cot or children foldable bed we provide free of charge. (baby cot and foldable bed shall request in advance as we have a limited number of those)
Smoking
All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Ashtrays are available in barbecue area.

Tourist tax
The tourist tax amounts to €2 each day per guest over the age of 14. Tourist tax is only due for the first 4 days of your stay.
Parking area
Each apartment may park a car free of charge. A second car can only be parked upon request and verification (as we need to guarantee to each of the 13 apartment an available space).
Electric cars are welcome. Electricity will be provided free of charge in an area close to a power source. (each guest must use its own cord and adaptors)
