Prior to checking in, cancellations and modifications are allowed up to 24 hours prior to arrival without cost - by 3 P.M. EST the day before your schedulled date of arrival. You can do this anytime, by emailing us at contact@ustreethostel.com with your reservation number.
Valid foreign/domestic passport or government ID required to Check-in, along with a valid credit card.
No-shows and cancellations within the 24 hours prior to the reservation, incur a 100%+taxes charge.
For groups of four people and more, 25% deposit is required within 30 days of the reservation, and becomes non-refundable after that time, to ensure your reservation. Due dates for the 75% remaining are detailed below.
Alternatively, if the group reservation is made shortly prior to schedulled arrival, the shorter of the above and below policy notes apply:
For 4 people and above, cancellation requests MUST be received, in our email 72 hours prior to the reservation commencement for the refund of the 25% payment. To avoid being charged the rest of the 75%, we require a 24-hour notice.

Any days within 3 days will be subjected to a 50% cancellation fee, the rest would receive full refund, if booked via our site here directly. To facilitate the self check-in, we will process 100% of the reservation fee upon ARRIVAL date, nothing ahead of this.
Direct bookings will be able to receive a refund upon cancelation.
Cancellations and modifications are allowed up to 24 hours prior to arrival without any costs for individuals (less than 4 people in a reservation) - that's by 3 PM EST the day before your scheduled date of arrival. Once checked in, there’s a 72-hour period required for cancellations. The group cancellation policy is described in our "Cancellation Policy" section.
Due to Coronavirus variants, our breakfast is still suspended, and we enforce local laws regarding mask mandates. For your comfort, please make sure to be vaccinated before traveling.Upon arrival, full payment will be accepted in all debit or credit cards VISA/MASTERCARD/DISCOVER/AMEX. We do not accept personal checks.

Quiet Hours after midnightCheck-out is 11 AM, staying in a bed or a capsule past noon will result in an additional night charge at the current daily rate. Additionally, your belongings may be moved to allow for cleaning staff to work, if the capsule/room is already reserved.
