Cancellations received between 15 and 30 days beforearrival date: trip payments are non-refundable. The reservation can berescheduled for future dates with a penalty of 50%* of the package cost.
Cancellations received between 1 and 14 days beforearrival date: trip payments are non-refundable. The reservation can berescheduled for future dates with a penalty of 75%* of the package cost.No refunds will be given for No Shows or unusednights as a result of early departure.

To guarantee the reservation, we kindly request an initialnon-refundable deposit of 50%. The balance can be paid no less than 20 daysbefore arrival at the hotel.

Access to the beach is direct from the property(no steps) however we have steps to access the rooms and the restaurant, we donot have a ramp for wheelchairs.
We have ample parking inside the hotel, at noextra cost.
