General

All prices originate in and are billed in Belize dollars.
Government Hotel Tax and Service Charge are non-negotiable.
The hotel will process your payment manually and will notify you upon completion. If you would like to pay in USD with PayPal, please use www.paypal.me/mayabeachhotelbistro to make the payment. We use a conversion of BZD/USD at 2/1.
All reservations are secured with credit card but considered "pending" until payment is made. Final confirmation will be sent when payment is complete.
Standard check-in begins at 2 pm, checkout prior to 11 am.
Upon check-in a credit card must be presented for incidentals. The credit card on file will be charged for any missing or damaged items from the room.

Family Policy

All people must be registered guests, regardless of age.
Each room specifies maximum occupancy which cannot be exceeded.
Extra person charges occur - the proper number of adults and children must be specified when making room selection.
An adult must accompany any children under 18.
No pets.

Cancellation Policy - Standard/Flexible Rates

No Charge - If cancelled 15 days or more from arrival
Card charged 14 days from arrival
Your card will be charged now if you are arriving within the next 14 days
Partial Refund - 50% of Full Stay - If cancelled within 14 days of arrival
No Refund - If cancelled less than 1 day from arrival

Cancellation Policy - Non-refundable Rates

Payment for this booking is due now. It is a discounted, non-refundable rate which commits you to the booking.
No refunds will be given for cancellations of non-refundable rates.
If your plans are uncertain, please choose the Flexible Price or purchase trip cancellation insurance.

We will allow a 12 hour grace period before billing your card (after booking) to allow for booking mistakes.
