First time with us? Our main reception is on the rooftop terrace. It’s one of the most beautiful reception areas in the world, but please DO NOT lug your big bags all the way up there! Arriving in the evening or during the night? Our night guard/receptionist will be expecting you and will show you straight to your room.
Arriving during the day? There will usually be someone in the ground floor admin office who can greet you.
If not then it is best to leave your big bags next to the fishpond/baggage storeroom (you’ll see it right in front of you :) and just take your passport/valuables up to the terrace reception to check-in.Check-in is from midday (from 7am if the beds are available)Would you like one of our drivers to meet you at the airport?
