Property and Cancelation Policies :

If your plans change after your reservation is confirmed, cancellation notice is required 14 days in advance of your arrival date. You will be refunded your deposit, minus a $25 cancellation fee.

If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival date, you are responsible for the entire cost of your reservation. Your credit card on file will be charged in full.

The cancellation fee also applies to changes in your arrival/departure date which result in a shorter stay. No refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures.

Information Collection: Our main purpose in collecting your personal information is to provide you with a streamlined experience in making reservations at Battenkill River Ventures LLC. We only collect information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this. Personally identifiable information is only obtained when making a reservation. All identifiable information provided will not be disclosed to anyone unless we are specifically requested to do so. Battenkill River Ventures LLC does not give or sell to anyone any information we collect on our site. We sometimes use data collection devices such as "cookies" on certain pages of the Site to measure effectiveness and safety. A "cookie" is a small file that gets placed on your hard drive that helps us provide our services. You are free to decline cookies if you choose to. Security: At Battenkill River Ventures LLC, we take security seriously. When users make a reservation we use every precaution to safe guard it online and offline. Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. Policy Modifications: Battenkill River Ventures LLC may amend this Privacy Statement from time to time in order to meet changes in the regulatory environment, business needs, or to satisfy the needs of our guests, properties, strategic marketing partners, and service providers.

Deposits & Payments:

A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation and is charged to the Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover card you provide. The remaining balance is due on the day of check-in and will be charged to the card on file unless other payment arrangements have been made.

Room Occupancy:

Only two guests per room. No exceptions except for those room expressly identified as capable of accommodating additional guests.

Check-In & Check-Out Policy:

Check-In time is between the hours of 4pm and 8pm.

Check-Out time is any time before 11am.

CHILDREN:

We cannot accommodate children under 13 years of age.

SMOKING

The Preserve Battenkill River Glamping Resort is a non-smoking property. We ask that you keep both the property and your accommodations smoke-free. Our policy refers to cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, and any incense. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to your account if you smoke inside of your tent cabin.

PETS
At the moment we are unable to accommodate your furry friends. We are looking into ways to accommodate them in the future.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
We require there to be at least one registered adult of 21 years or older for reservations.
Unfortunately, our resort is unable to accommodate anyone under the age of 13.
