Property and Cancelation Policies:
We require 7 or more days before check in to cancel. All cancellations are subject to a 10% fee. No exceptions. This is to cover bank fees to receive money and again to refund money.
Cancellations made within 7 days of check in are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. No exceptions.

CANCELLATION FEE
- 100% cancellation fee of reservation amount will be charged if canceling within 7 days of check in.
- 10% cancellation fee of reservation amount will be charged if canceled 7 days before check in.
EARLY ARRIVAL/LATE CHECKOUT
We are not able to offer early arrival or late check-out.
BAG STORAGE
Please make arrangements with the property prior to arrival so we can coordinate bag storage.
PARKING
Parking passes to the municipal lot are available at check-in. Property is not responsible for tickets or any damage to automobiles or personal belongings.
EXTENDING YOUR STAY
After you have booked your stay with us, you can extend your stay(depending on availability) by simply letting us know and you can always book directly on our own website to add any new dates.
PAYMENT
Payment in full is required to confirm a reservation.
