Property and Cancelation Policies:
➔ Flexible cancellation: Unless otherwise stated, there is no cancellation fee if you cancel before 11:59 pm the night before your arrival. If you cancel your reservation after the notice period has expired or do not show up at the hostel, your reservation will be considered cancelled in its entirety, and you will be charged for the first night’s stay.
➔ Reservations with non-refundable rates - These reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date. However, because we understand that plans can change, Saintlo offers you a 12-hour grace period after you make your reservation, during which you can cancel without penalty or change the date, provided there is availability. You can only reschedule for the same or higher rate. The rate will still be considered non-refundable. No refund is offered when you change to a date that has a lower rate.
