Late Check-out Fees: 50%
Late check-out (after 11:00 and before 15:00) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
The hotel will refund 100% of the payment in case of cancellations 30 days or more in advance of the Check In date, except for Non-Refundable rates and reservations in Peak Season (between December 23 and February 28 of each year), where it will be required to cancel at least 45 days in advance to access a 100% refund of your reservation.
In case of cancellation or modification less than 30 days prior to arrival (or 45 days during Peak Season), the payment made will not be refunded and 100% of your stay will be charged.
Likewise, in case of no-show at Check In or before an early departure, the entire reserved stay will be charged.

Check In time is from 3:00 pm and Check Out at 11:00 am.
Early Check In & Late Check Out are available and subject to availability, prior coordination with our team.

Breakfast: from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Lunch: from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm.
Dinner: from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
NON-SMOKING POLICY
Our Hotel & Restaurant are smoke-free. Smoking is completely prohibited at Casa Molino; interiors, rooms, exteriors, in services, etc.
If you smoke, we will consider an additional penalty charge for non-compliance with the Policy in the amount of 150 USD or 180,000 Chilean pesos.
PAYMENT POLICIES
A payment of 50% of the total amount will be required to make the reservation effective (accommodation and taxes*, as applicable). The difference in balance will be made within 30 days prior to the date of your Check In (or 45 days, in case of reservations during Peak Season).
In case of reservations less than 30 days in advance (or 45 days, during Peak Season), the entire reservation will be charged.
*Tax / VAT: The state of Chile provides that all passengers must pay it. Anyone who proves to be a foreigner without residence in Chile, presenting a valid passport and migration card (less than 90 days old) is exempt. Our available forms of payment are: bank transfer and/or charge to a credit-debit card. And you must inform us in advance if you want a National Invoice.
UNDER AGE
Children of all ages are allowed in the hotel. Children under 4 years of age can share a room with their parents and request a cot, at no additional cost. Minors between 5 and 17 years old can share a room with their parents, in an additional bed, with a defined cost per night. Additional beds and/or cribs are subject to availability and must be previously confirmed with the hotel.
