Property and Cancelation Policies :
Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of check-in time on day of arrival are subject to a penalty of 1 nights stay including taxes and fees.
e.g. a reservation under 48 hours will receive a penalty of 2 nights
A deposit of one night is due at the time of booking.
Any bookings made for 7 nights or more will require a 50% non refundable deposit which will be taken at the time of booking.
Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of check-in time on day of arrival are subject to a penalty of 2 nights stay including taxes and fees. (If booking is 2 days or longer)
Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of check-in time on day of arrival are subject to a penalty of 3 nights stay including taxes and fees. (If booking is 3 days or longer)
Terms and Conditions
Facility Fee - A Facility fee of $39 per room per night will be payable on arrival. This includes WIFI - Houskeeping on request among other amenities
Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
Luggage Storage is based on availability. Additional fees may apply.
Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
Damage Deposit : A damage deposit of one nights stay plus tax is required prior to arrival. This will be collected by credit card and you should be reimbursed within 5 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card subject to an inspection of the property.
Occupancy Policy : Incompliance with New York City's regulations, there cannot be any more than the room types stated occupancy/amount of people inside the room type at any given time. Over occupancy may result in eviction. This property also has a strict 'NO PARTY' Policy and quiet hours are observed between 10pm and 8am. The lead guest is responsible for the conduct of all occupants in their room.
Children / Family Policy : Children can stay with parent(s) free of charge when sharing existing bedding. Extra Beds are not available.
Smoking Policy : Smoking of any kind is not allowed within the property. There will be a minimum USD 250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.
Pet Policy : We accept dogs at the property and a charge of USD 75 will be applied to your reservation per night. If a deep cleaning is necessary after check-out there will be an additional charge of USD 150.
Parking : There is no onsite parking at the property.
Public Transport : The Nearest subway station to the property is Delancey St / Essex St which is serviced by the A C F M J Z lines.
