PAYMENT POLICIES:

1. Aalada Playa del Carmen will request a credit card during the process of creating the reservation but it will not be charged. It will only remain as a support for the lock of the room.

2. The outstanding balance will be automatically charged 2 days before the day of arrival. Visa, Amex and Mastercard credit or debit cards are accepted. For cash payments please contact in advance at reservationsaalada@maohotels.com or by phone and WhatsApp +52 998 244 7101. We receive Mexican pesos and dollars with an exchange rate of $15MXN per dollar. Please keep in mind that we do not have a change so we suggest paying the exact amount.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

1. Any change or cancellation must be requested by the reservation holder at reservationsaalada@maohotels.com or by phone and WhatsApp +52 998 244 7101 up to 48 hours before 00:00 hours of the arrival date for it to be refundable. In case of cancellation or modification outside the cancellation period without penalty, a penalty of 100% of the total reservation will be charged.

2. Reservations made less than 48 hours before 00:00 hours of the check-in date are non-refundable or modifiable.

3. Reservations made for the dates of December 22, 2024 to January 7, 2025 are non-refundable or modifiable.

4. In the event that the guest does not show up on their check-in date, the reservation will be considered as No Show and will be penalized with 100% of your total stay.
