Property and Cancelation Policies :
The hotel has a NO REFUNDS policy. Late arrivals or early departures are not refunded. Cancellations and changes are free of charge until 3 days before arrival.
Terms and Conditions
1. Full payment should be made upon CHECK-IN. Rates are inclusive of 12% VAT. Month Stay rates are inclusive of water and electricity capped at Php1,850.00 for 30 days. Excess electricity charges will be charged to guest. A P5,000 electrical and damage DEPOSIT is required for month stay reservations. This is refundable at check out after all charges have been deducted.
2. Valid ID with photo or passport must be presented at Front Desk upon CHECK-IN. 3. Standard check-out time is 12 NN; Check-in time is 2 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be requested at the Front Office for a fee and subject to availability.
4. For guests who opt to pay at the point of check-in have to inform the hotel if their ETA is beyond 6 PM. The hotel reserves the right to release unpaid rooms beyond 6 PM.
5. Parking Spaces are free for all guests of the property and subject to availability. The hotel shall not be held liable for damages of vehicles and their contents.
6. The guest shall be responsible for safekeeping of their valuables. Personal belongings left unattended at the hotel will be stored for 7 days before disposal.
7. Housekeeping will be performed only upon request of the guest. However, the hotel retains the right to conduct legal inspections at any time if it is deemed necessary.
8. During peak season and holidays, all reservations are required to be paid 7 days prior to check-in. The property reserves the right to cancel the unpaid reservation.
9. This hotel may refuse to offer accommodation in the following cases:·
- When guestrooms are fully booked·
- When a potential guest is deemed likely to break the law, disrupt public order, or act contrary to public morals during their stay.·
- When the potential guest clearly has a contagious disease.·
- When the hotel is unable to accommodate guests due to natural disaster, facility malfunction, or other inevitable circumstances.
- When the potential guest does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or with cancellation and payment policies when making a reservation.
- When potential guest or in-house guest does not comply with the house rules and pool rules.
11. Even when a portion of these Terms and Conditions or other Rules is deemed legally invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
12. The accommodation agreement between the hotel and the guest shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines and the ordinances of Cagayan de Oro City.
