Cocochill Surf House will not be held liable for injury, death, damage, financial loss, costs, expenses, travel delays, or inconvenience arising from any travel misfortunes beyond our control, such as weather, natural disasters, disease, pandemics, war, acts of terrorism, late arrivals, or departures due to mechanical failure on any car, , airplane, or ferry transportation to or from Cocochill Surf House.
DEPOSITS:A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.Deposits are non-refundable.
PAYMENT:Final Payment is due on your arrival day.Payment may be made via Wise app, USDT, EUR, AUD, NZD, OR GBP. Any form of payment constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions stated on this site.
CANCELLATION POLICY:There are no refunds or partial refunds given for early departures or cancellations from Cocochill Surf House. Additionally, there are no refunds paid for reasons pertaining to unstable global, national, natural, or local political situations, including weather, natural disasters, disease, pandemics, war, acts of terrorism, or missed airline flights.
DOCUMENTATION:Upon entry into Indonesia, all passports must be valid for at least 8 months from the date of departure.
TRAVEL INFORMATION:- You must land at JAKARTA (CGK). ✈️- Then book a flight from JAKARTA (CGK) to BANDAR LAMPUNG (TKG) ⚠️Make sure you have enough time between check-out and check-in. We’ll recommend you minimum 2:30 hours stopover in Jakarta⚠️- Send us your ticket flight to Bandar lampung our driver will pick you up with your boardbags in a front of airport (1.200.000RP).🚖- 6 Hours across the wild Sumatran jungle.
