Property and Cancelation Policies :
We have a 3 day cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
1. Cancellation made 3 days before your arrival day, 100% room fee could be refunded.
2. Cancellation made on arrival day or directly No Show, no fee will be refunded.
3. No refund after check-in.
(Example: Check-in on Dec 20th, and the last day for free cancellation is before 23:59 on Dec 16th.)
Terms and Conditions
- The property reserves the right to charge full amount of the payment before check-in with the credit card details guests provided. If you provide the invalid card, the reservation will be cancelled automatically without further inform.
- The credit card is for reservation guarantee, we will charge full amount of room fee by the credit card. Guests are required to show the credit card upon check-in.
- Any modification : contact us 3 days prior to your arrival date otherwise penalty fee would be applied.
- Check-in time 15:00-23:00, check-out time 11:00. Late arrival after 23:00, please inform us in advance.
- Minors between age 13 to 18 who plan to stay in a dorm, a guardian's permission form must be signed and provided to front desk upon check-in. Please email us for the form in advance.
- Guests 4-12 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult in private rooms. Age over 4 years old but share bed with family require NT$200/pp.
- Late check out after 11:00. You will be charged $ 200NT/hr/bed or /hr/room.
- No smoking allowed (including balconies). Violators will be fined NT$10,000 cleaning fee.
