Late check-out (after 12:00 PM and before 1:00 PM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Travelers who cancel 1 week or more before 6:00 PM AST on the day of check-in are charged no fee.
- Travelers who cancel between 1 week and 72 hours before 6:00 PM AST on the day of check-in are charged 1 night plus tax.
- Travelers who cancel less than 72 hours before 6:00 PM AST on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount.
Terms and Conditions
Deposit: A security deposit hold of $150 made via credit card is required on check-in. It will be released once the room is verified after check-out. You may be charged for any missing or damaged items (each room is equipped with organic cotton linens, towels, and robes in addition to standard bedroom furniture and toiletries).
Parking: We have a 30 car parking lot for your convenience. Casa Grande assumes no responsibility for you vehicle or belongings.
Minors: Casa Grande is an adults only property. Our minimum age is 18.
Pets: We allow small breed dogs on a case by case basis. Please call the hotel to provide information about your pet. Note that there is a pet fee of $25/night and a security deposit of $300.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or facilities - only in the parking lot. A $250 fee may be charged for violation of this policy.
