1, Cancellations more than 14 days notice, the deposit is non-refundablebut you can change the dates of your reservation according to availability.
2. Cancellations received with less than 14 days notice: The deposit isnon-refundable, the reservation can be rescheduled on future dates with apenalty of $ 250 *. No refunds will be made if you do not show up on the day ofarrival (no shows) or if any night is not used due to early departures.* These penalties for the rescheduling of the reservation can beeliminated in the event that the room can be sold to other customers.
3. No refundwill be given for No Shows or nights notused resulting from early departure.
4. We stronglyadvise that you always purchase travel insurance with a reliable tripcancellation and interruption policy. Please note our recommendations regardingappropriate insurance protection.

Marihuana/Drugs: The use of marijuana or other drugs at Fishermans Resort Life is forbidden. Anyone using marijuana or other drugs will be asked to leave without compensation. Salvadorian law has mandatory prison terms for anyone caught transporting marihuana or other drugs and highway searches are not unheard of.
Tipping Policy: Service charge (gratuity) is NOT included in the package cost. There is a 10% service charge that is added to the hotel incidentals and bar bill at checkout. Additional tipping is not anticipated.
