-Cancellations or amendment received outside the 3 days period will incur $35.00 charge and is non refundable.
-Cancellation received inside the 3 days period will incur one night accommodation charge.
-Cancellations or amendment received outside the 2 days period will be free.
-Cancellations received inside 2 days period will incur one night accommodation charge.
•Any reservation booked under “Non-Refundable” requires full pre-payment and is non-cancellable, non-amendable, non-transferable and non-refundable. We will charge the full amount of the reservation to the credit card you used to make this reservation shortly after the reservation is made.

This property is privately owned and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries to the guest or for loss or theft of personal property of any kind.
The "registered guest" is responsible for any damages caused by themselves or any member of their party or guests visiting.NO SMOKING or Vaping in the room or on our property. Smoking in rooms will incur a $300 cleaning fee.
All dishes are to be cleaned and failure to do so will incur a $50 charge.
Pets are allowed in designated rooms for any additional charge of $30per night with maximum charge of $150 per stay per room (after approval from the property manager). All PETS must be registered prior to check-in.
BBQ use is first come first serve basis.
Quiet time is 11pm to 8am and is strictly enforced, violators will be removed.
One designated parking stall per room, any extra vehicle will be charged $20 per day based on availability.
There will be no housekeeping during your stay but linen can be exchanged at the front desk during office hours.
A credit card in the name of the reservation holder is presented at check-in. You must be 18 years old or above to make a reservation.
