- All reservations are subject to a 12% Occupancy Tax, 0.75% San Mateo County Tourism & Makerking Tax, and a nightly $0.15 City Tourism Tax.

- Guest must be 18 years or older to reserve a room. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check-in for age verification.
- Upon arrival, a valid photo ID and a credit card that matches the name on the ID are required for check-in.

- The credit card provided upon arrival will be charged for the full amount of the stay.

- An additional refundable $200.00 will be charged upon arrival on top of the stay amount for incidentals. The $200.00 security deposit will be returned to your card upon departure only if there is no violation of our policies. It might take 3-10 business days to get your money back, depending on your bank.

- Parking is free and is on a first come first serve basis. The hotel is not responsible for any kind of loss or damage to a vehicle.

- The hotel does not allow pets of any kind strictly.

- The hotel is 100% non-smoking. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a $300.00 room cleaning fee.

- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability with an additional fee.

- Front Desk will be closed from 11.00 pm to 07.00 am from Monday to Thursday (Friday to Sunday we are open 24 hours). Please plan to arrive before 11 PM to complete the check-in process. If arriving late, please inform the hotel in advance by calling 650-366-2000 so we can accommodate you. We look forward to welcoming you.
- If you are arriving after 11 PM, please inform the hotel in advance, and call the on-site manager when you arrive for check-in. The on-site manager number will be posted on the main entrance glass door.
