Pyttegården Holiday Apartments
Pyttegården offers the perfect setting for all-year self-catering stays for leisure as well as business travellers. We accommodate families, whether small or large, couples and groups. The surroundings are peaceful with plenty of open grass areas for outdoor games, sunbathing, a playground area, bar-b-q facilities, areas for relaxation and just simply enjoying the good life. Pyttegården offers you a piece of true Bornholm atmosphere and quaintness but with contemporary comforts.
Our apartments
We offer the most spacious holiday apartments on Bornholm, ranging from 42 – 94 sqm., all with fantastic views of the Baltic Sea, their own terrace or balcony with garden furniture. The apartments are suitable for 2 – 6 people. We have 75 sqm. traditional farm style apartments with two bedrooms in the old converted farmhouse. In the newer wing, we have ground floor 52 sqm. single bedroom apartments with terrace, first floor gable end 42 sqm. apartments with large balconies and 95 sqm. three bedroom two floor apartments for large families and groups of friends.
Location
Pyttegården is located in the countryside high on a hill just 300 m from the coast and 4 km from Gudhjem and 10 km from Svaneke. Several of the most interesting natural and manmade attractions are located within easy reach from Pyttegården, e.g. Østerlars Round Church, Bornholm Museum of Art, Baltic Sea Glass, Oluf Høst Museum, Almindingen Forest and The Echo Valley, Sanctuary Cliffs and much, much more.
Our name
Why the funny sounding name? “Pytte” means chicken in the Bornholm language and chickens were produced on the farm before its conversion into holiday apartments. Today we have a few sheep and cats on the farm.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
By cancellation more than 30 days before the date of arrival: You may cancel your booking and will receive a refund of your deposit with a deduction of a 3% administration fee.
By cancellation between 29 and 15 days before arrival: 50 % of the rent must be paid.
By cancellations later than 15 days before arrival: The full cost of the stay must be paid.
Cancellation insurance
Your booking does not include cancellation insurance. We recommend that you purchase a separate cancellation insurance, if you do not already have one.

Annullering frem til 30 dage før din ankomst: Du kan annullere din booking og vil få indbetalte beløb refunderet fratrukket et administrationsgebyr på 3%.

Terms and Conditions
Priser og betaling
Alle priser er i danske kroner og inkluderer moms. Der opkræves et depositum på 50% af bookingen ved booking. Hvis depositum betales med kreditkort online, anvendes samme kreditkort til betaling af restbeløbet 15 dage før ankomst. Hvis bookingen foretages mindre end 15 dage før ankomstdagen, hæves det fulde beløb ved booking. Vores online booking accepterer førende kreditkort og betalingen foregår via en sikker og krypteret betalingsplatform, Stripe. Bookinger foretaget via telefon eller e-mail kan efter aftale betales via bankoverførsel.
Prices and payment
All prices are in DKK and include VAT. A deposit of 50% is charged when booking. If paid with a credit card online, the same credit card will be used to settle the final payment 15 days before arrival. If the stay is less than 15 days away when booking, the full amount will be charged. Our online booking accepts all major credit cards and payment is processed via the secure payment platform, Stripe. Bookings made via telephone or e-mail, can be arranged to be paid by bank transfer.
Hvad er inkluderet i din booking?
Lejligheden leveres uden sengelinned og håndklæder. Dem er du velkommen til selv at medbringe eller leje hos os. Soveposer er ikke tilladt.
Der er viskestykke, karklude, opvaskemiddel og -tabletter, flydende håndsæbe, toiletpapir, køkkenrulle, rengøringsklude og -midler og støvsuger.
Lejligheden er udstyret med service, svarende til antallet af senge plus to. Vi gør rent inden jeres ankomst og efter jeres afrejse og du forventes selv at tage dig af den daglige husholdning.
What is included in your booking
The apartment is delivered without bed linen and towels. You are welcome to bring your own, or rent from us. Sleeping bags are not allowed.
There is a dishtowel, kitchen cloths, dishwashing liquid, dish washer tablets, liquid hand soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, cleaning cloths, vacuum cleaner and materials for daily cleaning.
The apartment is equipped with cutlery and crockery corresponding to the number of beds plus 2.
We clean before your visit and after your departure, but you are expected to look after basic housekeeping during your stay.
Husregler
På Pyttegården følger vi skandinavisk kutyme for leje af ferieboliger. Det vil sige, at lejligheden er gjort rent inden dit besøg og rengøres efter din afrejse og at du som gæst forventes selv at tage dig af den daglige husholdning. Lejligheden skal afleveres som den blev overdraget. Service osv. skal vaskes op og sættes tilbage på plads. Affald skal fjernes. Møbler, dyner og puder skal sættes korrekt tilbage. Lejet sengelinned skal tages af sengene. Som gæst er du ansvarlig for lejlighedens inventar og udstyr under dit ophold. Skader og mangler skal vi straks gøres opmærksom på, så der hurtigt kan rettes op på det.
House rules
At Pyttegården, we follow the Scandinavian code for renting summer cottages and apartments. It means that the apartment is cleaned before your visit and after your departure and that you as guest is expected to look after basic housekeeping during your stay and before departure. Plates, cutlery, glasses etc. must be washed up and put back in place and waste taken away. Furniture, duvets and pillows must be put back in their right place. Rented bed linen must be removed. As tenants, you are responsible for everything in the apartment during your stay. Damages and missing items must be reported, so repairs and replacements can be made quickly.
Ankomst og afrejse
Vi beder dig informere os om dit ankomsttidspunkt, så vi kan være sikre på at være her for at byde jer velkommen. Tjek ind er fra kl. 15 og tjek ud senest kl. 10. Vi har gratis parkering, men kun plads til 13 biler. Så rejser du med trailer, minibus, autocamper eller lignende, beder vi dig kontakte os i god tid inden ankomst.
Arrival and departure
We ask you to please inform us of your arrival time, so that we can be sure to be here to welcome you. Check-in is from 15.00 hours and departure no later than 10.00 hours. We have free parking on the premises for 13 cars. If you travel with a trailer, van or the like, please contact us about parking.
Velkomst og nøgleudlevering
Vi, jeres værter, Lene and David, byder jer velkommen, udleverer nøglen og viser jer til lejligheden, hvor vi gennemgår dens indretning og udstyr samt de øvrige faciliteter på Pyttegården. I kan også få en ekstra nøgle mod et depositum på DKK 200. Mistede nøgler erstattes med tilsvarende beløb.
Welcome and keys
We, your hosts, Lene and David will welcome you, show you to your apartment, go through its equipment and our facilities and hand you the key. You may also have an extra key by paying a deposit of DKK 200. Lost keys must be compensated by a similar amount.
Sengelinned og håndklæder
Er ikke inkluderet. Du er velkommen til selv at medbringe det eller du kan leje fra os. Giv os venligst besked i forvejen, hvis du ønsker at leje sengelinned og/eller håndklæder. Bemærk venligst at soveposer ikke er tilladt, heller ikke til børn.
Bed linen and towels
These are not included. You are welcome to bring your own or you can rent them from us. Please inform us in advance, if you wish to rent bed linen and towels.
Please note that we do not allow sleeping bags.
Hunde
Er velkomne i udvalgte lejligheder på Pyttegården. Men kun efter skriftlig aftale med os og betaling af ekstra gebyret på DKK 200 pr. hund. Der må maksimum medbringen to hunde pr. lejlighed. Hvis du ikke har din egen hundekurv, -tæppe og foderskåle med, har vi udstyr, som du kan låne. Din hund skal altid være i snor på Pyttegården. Din hund må ikke være i møblerne og sengene.
Bringing your dog
Dogs are allowed in some of the apartments on Pyttegården. However only upon written agreement with us and payment of a fee of DKK 200 per dog. There is a maximum of 2 dogs allowed per apartment. If you do not bring your own dog blankets and feeding bowls, we do have that for you to borrow. Dogs must be on a leash on Pyttegården grounds. Dogs are not allowed on the beds or on the furniture.
Cykler
Der er mange, som udforsker Bornholm på cykel og du er velkommen til at tage din cykel med. Du kan parkere din cykel foran din lejlighed, så længe den ikke er til gene for andre gæster eller står i vejen for vores daglige arbejde. Vi kan også arrangere cykelparkering andre steder. Cykler må ikke tages med ind i lejligheden.
Bringing your bicycle
Many like to explore Bornholm on bike and you are welcome to bring your own bike. You may park your bike in front of your apartment but so that it does not get in the way of other guests or our daily work. Or we can arrange bike parking in other places. Bicycles are not allowed in the apartments.

Dine kontaktoplysninger er fortrolige og videregives ikke til tredjepart. Vi har dog ret til at anvende dine kontaktoplysninger til markedsføringsformål på e-mail eller sms. Du kan til hver en tid vælge ikke at ville modtage sådan information fra os. I så tilfælde sender du os en e-mail på gudhjem@pyttegaarden.dk. Betaling med kreditkort foretages på en sikker server, hvor informationerne krypteres inden de sendes over internettet.
Registration and use of personal information
Your contact information is confidential and is not transferred to any third parties. We are however allowed to use your contact information for marketing of relevant offers and services to you by e-mail or sms. You may at anytime choose not to receive any such information from us. In such a case please inform us by e-mail to gudhjem@pyttegaarden.dk. Payment with credit card takes place on a secure server where the information is encrypted before being sent over the internet.
Force majeure
Vi gør vores bedste for at give dig en god ferieoplevelse. Men der kan opstå situationer, som vi ikke har kontrol over. I så tilfælde er vi uden ansvar og du vil ikke kunne kræve kompensation fra os. Det gælder i tilfælde af force majeure som strejker, færgeannulleringer, epidemier, naturkatastrofer og lignende.
Force majeure
We will do our best to give you a good holiday experience. However, events can occur that we cannot control. In such cases, we are free of responsibility, and you cannot claim compensation from us. That is so in the case of force majeure, strikes, delays, ferry cancellations, epidemics, natural catastrophees and the like.
