We have condos ranging in size from studios to 2 bedrooms in this location. This classic beach motel underwent a complete renovation with modern updates, and we're excited to share it with you. The newly renovated destination is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, just steps away from the sugar-white sands and emerald blue waters. Not only that, but you'll also be close to Pier Park, a plethora of local restaurants and bars, and just steps away from beachy shops and dining.
Enjoy your afternoon soaking up the sun at the refreshing pool or relaxing in the cabana, or head across the street to the stunning white sand beaches - just a 4-minute walk away!
As you enter through the gated entrance, you'll be greeted by an oasis-like cabana and pool area, our favorite part of the property! Under the covered cabana, you'll find comfortable seating and ceiling fans to keep you cool. The cabana overlooks the crystal-clear pool and lounge bench, where you can soak up the sun or cool off on a hot day. Plus, there's a large green space to enjoy some outdoor activities or just bask in the Florida sun. And don't forget to check out the amazing fire pit with its cozy string lights that set the perfect mood!

Property and Cancelation Policies :
Reservations cancelled 15 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival will receive a full refund, less the service fee. Reservations cancelled within 15 days of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee in an amount equal to the total amount due for the reservation. The cancellation fee applies to all cancellations, for non-payment, and for not occupying the property. Changes, when available, require approval, an agreed-upon fee, plus any rent or fee increases. Reservations will be cancelled without refund if the Guest provides false information during the reservation process or plans, advertises, or hosts a party, defined as having exceeded the occupancy limit at any time. There are no refunds for unmet expectations, problems with the house unless they render the house useless, bad weather, natural disasters, or personal or other reasons. Rescheduling will be permitted, but not refunds, when required by law, due to a mandatory evacuation of the rental property or legally defined impracticality, impossibility, or frustration of purpose, provided the reservation is rescheduled before the originally scheduled arrival date, payment is made for any rate increase, and the new arrival date is within 1 yr. VRM reserves the right to cancel reservations and refuse service to anyone, to the extent permitted by law.

Your reservation is guaranteed once payment is made. We will charge your credit card 7 days prior to your check-in day.The hotel has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the Pre-Payment Deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in date will be charged %100 of the reservation, No-shows will also be responsible for %100 of the reservation cost. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after canceling your booking. We believe the children are our future, but you still have to be 18 years old and present to book a room. Is it really you? A valid photo ID is required upon check-in. All requests to reserve a room must include the first and last name of all adults occupying the room and a valid credit card for a guarantee of arrival. Our room rates are always awesome, and they are subject to change. Breathe easy. Bahama Breeze Suites is a non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. This also includes any scented candles or incents. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a $500 room cleaning fee. There is 1 Parking space per accommodation. As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, room number or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement. This includes the taking of or delivery of messages or indirect forwarding of phone calls. It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and room number to any person they wish to receive calls or visits from.Safety cameras are used throughout the premises, and anyone on our property may be recorded. The hotel assumes no responsibility for any personal bodily injury incurred while using any common area. If you use the common areas, you do so at your own risk. We do not accept pets. Pets are not aloud on the property. If a pet is found on the property you will be charged a fee of $500. Room refreshes will not be offered during stays. Should you need fresh towels or linen, please call the front desk or go to the front desk. If you do want a room refresh we can offer that for an additionally fee to be determined at the front desk with staff. Please practice safe cooking habits do not leave burners on unattended. Please do not cook with strong smelling ingredients. Lingering smells that require room closure and deep cleans will be charged a cleaning fee of up to $300. We want you to have a great time when you are here. But if things get too crazy, we go by the old-school rule of ‘you break it, you buy it’ and property damages or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value.Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported to the front desk immediately after registration to avoid responsibility and potential charges. The hotel allows guests, with permission, to receive occasional packages and special deliveries at the property.We are not responsible for the packages or their contents or the storage of them. Sing your heart out and have passionate conversation all day long, but from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the whole property goes into hush mode for what we like to call quiet time. You may be asked to leave the property if there is excessive disruptment by you or your party. After you have booked your stay with us, you can extend your stay (depending on availability) by simply letting us know before you arrive. If you are already staying with us and you would like to stay longer, please let us know at least 24 hours before your check- out date. We will do our best to accommodate your new plans and this can include relocating you to a similar apartment should this be necessary.
