- Special pre-paid rates do not have refunds or date changes due to cancellation or early departure
- Rates do not include breakfast unless expressly indicated at the time of reservation either in the rate title or in the rate description.
- Cancellations or reservation modifications will be accepted without charge up to 7 days before the date of stay for regular rate reservations. Does not apply to rates that indicate being prepaid.
- Cancellations made 6 days or less before the date of stay will incur a charge corresponding to the total stay.
- The full amount of the stay will be charged at any time during the 6 days before your arrival, to the credit card provided during the reservation process. In the event that the cancellation is made 6 days or less due to mobility restrictions imposed by the government due to Covid-19, no refunds will be made, however the credit can be used for a subsequent stay during the next 6 days. months.
