- Cancellation Within 14 Days: If a cancellation occurs within 14 days of your scheduled arrival, please be aware that the full amount of your stay will be charged. This policy helps us manage our bookings and availability more effectively, ensuring that we can offer our services to other guests.
Terms and Conditions
Reservation and Deposit
SoHome reserves the right to cancel your reservation if the Deposit is not received at the time of booking. Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that, the reservation will no longer be guaranteed, and the room may be reassigned in the event of a no-show.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout our entire coliving, coworking spaces, and rooms. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to a 100 CHF fine if any evidence of smoking is found in the building.
Rules and Regulations
Please note the following rules. Immediate termination of the rental agreement is possible if they are not respected
- No pets are allowed on the property.
- Only the agreed number of guests are allowed to stay in the property.
- Sub-letting is not allowed.
- Excessive noise is not permitted in the evening hours or at night (between 10pm and 8am).
- The kitchen should be cleaned after use.
- No bicycles, skis, snowboards or ski boots are allowed in the rooms or common areas, except in the garage or laundry room.
- SoHome is not responsible for any lost or forgotten personal items on the premises.
