Terms and Conditions

Check-In / Check out 

  • Check in: Between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM (14:00 - 22:00)
  • Check out: Between 07:00 AM and 12:00 PM (07:00 - 12:00)
  • Early Check in: Available subject to availability, however if unavailable, guests are free to deposit bags with our reception team and use the public facilities.
  • Late Arrival: For arrivals after 10:00 PM (22:00) , please inform the hotel in advance to ensure room availability.
  • Late Check out: Available upon request and subject to availability. A grace period of 30 minutes is provided. Beyond this, the following additional charges apply:
    • Up to 2:00 PM (14:00): 50% of the room rate.
    • After 2:00 PM (14:00): Full room rate.

Breakfast

All room occupants approved by the hotel at the time of booking are entitled to a free breakfast as part of their stay. This includes:
  • Children sharing the main bed with parents.
  • Children using extra beds or cots (provided free of charge).
  • Adults using extra beds

Children

  • Guests under 18 years old are considered children.
  • Children of all ages are welcome, but not all room types permit children. Please check individual room descriptions for details.
  • In permitted rooms, children stay free when sharing existing bedding alternatively you may request an  extra bed or cot. See the Extra Beds & Cots Policy

Extra Beds & cots

  • Extra beds and cots are limited to one per room, cannot be combined, available only in certain room types, and subject to availability.
  • Extra beds are free for children; however, adults incur a surcharge of 1150 THB per night.

Guest Valuables

The hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guest belongings, except as required by Thai law. The hotel’s maximum liability for any item is 5,000 Thai Baht unless a higher value is explicitly accepted by the hotel in writing. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes, and additional secure storage for valuables is available upon request. The hotel reserves the right to refuse custody of items valued over 100,000 Thai Baht.

Law

All reservations, bookings, and interactions with Reverie Siam Resort are governed by the laws of Thailand. By booking with us, guests agree that any disputes or claims arising from their stay or interaction with us will be resolved exclusively under Thai law.

Outside Food

Guests are welcome to bring food into their rooms; however, Durian fruit is strictly prohibited in all Resort rooms and public spaces due to its strong smell.

Smoking

All rooms are strictly non-smoking to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests. However, smoking is permitted on room balconies, provided the room doors are shut and smoke is not allowed to enter the rooms. Smoking inside the rooms or allowing smoke to enter rooms incurs a surcharge equivalent to one room night.
